16Just passing through town when I realized I had a flat. Stopped at the Firestone store I spoke with the technician there. They repaired my tire and had me out the door in about an hour or so. Cost was just over $20.00. I am thankful they didn't try to rip me off being an out of town traveler.
Overpriced and horrible communication skills. All I needed was a wheel and a tire, was told it was a 2 day wait, 5 days later after confirming the day prior they still made me waste my time after they realized they had my car this whole time. (They took my keys and placed it in a bag with a sheet on day 1) the shop has to communicate better and keep better track of what cars they have in their lot. I spoke with a manager who attempted to fix the situation (20 min tire job) he apologized and said he applied a discount. Still paid $311 for late easy work.
I called and was able to get in same day for them to remove a screw from one of my tires. They patched it up nicely and checked out my other tires for me during this time. Great service! Will definitely go back to them for my tire needs in the future.
My battery died after 6 years of service. I called the dealership and they had zero appointments available until next week. Called up Firestone and talked with Mike (?) who assured me that he could get me back in service today. After getting a jump, I rolled in and they took care of me quickly and I was back on the road after my lunch break.
The waiting area was clean and the chairs were comfortable.
The techs were super nice and they even looked up my account number for me since I didn’t have my Firestone card on my person.
Brad and Greg at the counter were friendly and easy to deal with.
Good service experience on getting a tire replaced
Expensive but what else is new. I love my car and won't go anywhere else for the most part. Kind folks
Been coming here for about 10 years. Never really had a problem before. Today had to get three tires replaced, They told me that they had them in stock. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me they actually didn't have them. All they really said was sorry. Doesn't really do anything for me. Had to take work off early. How about a free oil change? Nah nothing. I get it not your policy or whatever. But I'm never coming back.
Made an appointment just to have them switch my tire that I already had. $20 which is fine but was told it would be over and hour wait! Why make the appointment then? !
Business ran by honest hard working people. Very kind and no bs. Tells you what the car needs and what it doesn't. Wait time is fast and great prices!
Only went here because this one of the businesses Enterprise uses to maintain their vehicles
Super happy with them! I come here instead of a car dealership. I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. They said it would take a few hours at least to fix my car but they did in half the time so I can go back to work. This business owner appreciates it!
I haven't used their services since my moving here in 2008. My car I bought 7 years ago needed new tires. The tires that came with the car didn't feel good on the road anymore.
After much research and comparison shopping I went with Firestone. I felt good about my decision as they are an established company.
The customer service was great. I was kept informed and though I had a bit of a wait, they checked in with me through my time there.
I would recommend using their services as I was checking out, I inquired about other services and indeed that had not changed. Usually I go to the dealer for my yearly oil change and point checks which they offer there as well.
Good service. The staff was great. Good experience. One aside, go when they first open at 7AM. You may beat the rush. It can get busy. But so worth the wait.

Dropped my car off for a much needed alignment and tire plug; Gregory was phenomenal in assisting me. My friend referred me to this location and I will definitely be back.
8am Called in advance to schedule appt. They said they don't need one and to just come in. Took almost 2 hours to get the car seven looked at and then almost 3 for tire change and alignment. In the meantime at least 10 customers came and went. Firestone and Tires Plus, never again.
Made an appointment a week in advance for the first of the day, for a simple oil change. Took 2 hours. Was told the delay was due to them being understaffed. And because they were waiting on an oil filter to get to the shop, that speaks to me that they aren't prepared for even the scheduled customers so I am afraid to think of the walk in customers. Lobby was not clean, bugs and dust all around. And they gave me synthetic oil when I asked for conventional.so on top of everything they aren't even listening to the customer at all.
