This place is a money pit. Don’t go here unless you have cash to burn and don’t care if you vehicle is actually fixed.

Run away from here! I brought my car in for 1 issue; they created another one, and I had to take it back MORE THAN SIX times for them to fix what the wrecked! $$$$$$ out of pocket, time, time with no vehicle and they don't care. Don't try to call; they never answer the phone. HORRIBLE place!

I have been going to this location with all my cars for 3 years.
Yesterday I got 2 flat tires. I have the free repair package, since I bought my tires there. It was sold to me as pop in a get tires fixed if flat. It took almost 4 hours to fix my flat tires. I requested that all 4 of my tires get looked at and repaired, soni wouldn’t have to go back.
This morning I woke up with a flat tire. Placed my spare. Called and asked if I could drop of the tire and then schedule in the next few days to get it back on. Since this should have been fixed yesterday seems like they would try and help out or at minimum, apologize. Nope, said to drop of the tire and they have no idea when I can get it put back on. They will have to see when I arrive. So I guess it could be 4 hours, again, longer, shorter. Nothing.
Too bad I liked this place but it is definitely not meeting there own standards.

Went to get my fuel pump fixed, it took six days and two fuel pumps. In the process they shorted out my fuel gauge and refused to repair the fuel gauge for free.

Place is clean that you could work like like both my mechanic and the person taking care of me average pricing but great work.

Hours said they closed at 7 pm online. Had a slow leak from a screw in my tire. Called and explained my situation and asked if I can stop by before my tire goes flat since I was close and it was about 6: 30 pm. They told me that they were closing early for a Team meeting? Poor management in my opinion. Leave a customer in an emergency hanging for a team meeting? Tires plus earned my business for new tires in the spring!

From the initial phone call speaking with Wayne to Gerald servicing us a few hours later, we were pleasantly surprised on the genuine concern, effort & outstanding customer service from them both. Due to our rental car losing air in the tire, we needed extra phone calls, etc to Hertz to approve repair by Gerald. This was done with a smile and professionalism during an extremely busy time for the shop. Unfortunately, Hertz did not approve & we left Firestone without getting the tire fixed. We were not charged for the evaluation & time spent to assist us! We highly recommend this establishment!

Everyone was great except for the tech who actually changed my 2 front tires. When he was backing out of garage I noticed my metal caps were replaced with plastic black caps. I told him I wanted my metal caps back that matched the back tires. He got mad and was very rude. Again I said go get them. He walked all the way down to other end of garage and gave me a couple of other caps that still were not mine. I went into complain and ask person at counter for my caps. He left came back with 2 other ones and said this was all he had.which is bull because the tech had mine. As I'm leaving the tech was sarcastic and made a rude comment I called him a thief and kept walking. He then puffs out his chest walking towards me yelling what did you say. This guy has no business working with the public. And I still never got my caps back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Start off with how creep the front desk guy was asking me weird questions as I am on the phone with my husband. Asking me how old I am and how his high school principal didn’t like black people even though she was black. Then tells me it will take 30 mins for an oil change. It took over a hour. On top of that ask me to take me to work in his personal car. As if it doesn’t cheaper then that. They had all my paper work wrong and then tells me how messed up my car was. As if I asked for that. Don’t ever recommend this place.

Got my tires and alignment. They couldn't get the plug out of the drip pan for an oil change, so they didn't do it. They did not call me with the problems, I had to call them. Had the car for 29 hours.

Again another great experience! Thank goodness there are still some smart people in the world! Manager saved the day with new tires and price so I can leave on time for trip the next morning. I Highly recommend this place, period!

Will definitely be making this my garage of choice. Very friendly, professional and timely. Made an 8: 00 appointment, arrived 30 minutes early. They took me right away with plenty of time to make it to work. Thanks guys, you're awesome!

If 0 was a possible choice I would be using it. The store is very disorganized. The manager leaves for a long time leaving a person in front who is stressed out and techs competing on who is the slowest. I’m surprised they are still in business. Last time here. Don’t waste your time. There are many other places that I’m sure they can use my business.

My husband and I are from Minnesota, we got a sharp object in our tire, which flattened it out. Not fixable. We called in and got Joe! Boy, were we Happy we did! We were leaving and driving back to Minnesota, early the next morning. They did not have our tire in stock, But Joe made Sure to hunt one down! He called us back quickly and got it put on just as quickly! Can't thank them enough! Super kind and courteous, as well as the rest of the staff! Kudos Joe! We will be back, if we need to next year! Keep up the Great work!

Called and made an appointment to have my oil changed they offered an appointment time of 12: 30pm. I got to the shop around 12: 20 my car did not get pulled in until around 1: 10pm. I told them I was waiting for the car so you would think they would let me know they were running behind instead of letting me wait fir over 30 minutes before beginning work. I am a repeat customer at this location however after today’s experience I will be changing locations. Very disappointed with the service at the Cape Coral, Del Prado location

They always take good care of our cars and give best recommendations even if they cannot complete the work needed!

Be very aware, dropped car off for oil filter change, got it back leaking all over the driveway, brought it back, they can’t find anything wrong with it.had it for 3 days. It’s literally dripping oil. Brought it back, Won’t fix it, now saying they can’t get to it until next week. Really? Pathetic place!

Came in for an estimate and was less than thrilled. I told them kind of truck I had and the lady behind the counter started basically screaming that it would be 750.00 to recharge my A/C. She just kept saying it was going to be so so so expensive. After her coworker came back with a $450.00 estimate I just walked out. Calm down and act like a professional.

I really like their communication here. And, the email addition of detailed services, costs and estimates is helpful. Easy to review and keep for record purposes.
