Firestone Complete Auto Care, Valrico FL

Made an appointment five days ago for an alignment at 9am. Listened to the manager upgrade a customer over the phone for an alignment. So I got bumped for an upgrade to someone else. To spite me sitting in the store waiting. I might be in here for a re alignment but since I am not paying anything today I am pretty much on standby to spite my appointment. Brought it to their attention and no response. Go some where else for your alignment. 45 min later they start my car. They also forgot to give me back my lock key to my rims on my original alignment. Causing me to go to the Dealership.

On the website it says on sundays they’re open from 8am- 5pm. These hrs need to be updated because they are very misleading

Dont sell the lifetime alignment if you won’t honor it. Cant make an appointment, cant drop off the vehicle and get it back by close of business with their only excuse being the store manager will take care of you next time you come in. Only answer is to refer you elsewhere. Incompetent management and lack of accountability.

Being going here for years and always treated with honesty and upmost integrity. Store management reflects their leadership above them and also to their employees in the shop that work with them. It’s clear the company’s upper management treats them well, things roll down hill. Their metrics, goals, structure is aligned with the stores and customers best interest. Which is hard to come by especially in a large corporation. Ty

FYI, on the Nissan Sentra there's a off switch on the inner band of the left arm.please don't turn it off.

Was delighted when Jim tightened up my transmission with the screw bobber. Really got my babys motor runnin again: Wish they werent so gosh darn expensive though.

I need more discounts for being a member with what's happened throughout this company.but I do like driving 30 minutes to this location because they aren't as busy as tye one down the street. And the staff is cool.

I am a long time Firestone customer, going on about twenty years now. I visited two Firestones today, for what turned out to be something simple.low tire pressure. The difference in service could not have been more stark. I stopped in first at the Firestone in Brandon and John could not give me the time of day. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but since I've had a substantial amount of work done on my 2009 Nissan Altima at that Firestone and because the manager Steve and mechanic Robert are great guys, with excellent customer service, I kept taking it back there. So I pulled in with what visibly looks like low tire pressure on the driver's front side. I encounter John who looks like he's having a rough morning. I'm explained to him that my TPM started flashing I'm on my way to New Jersey for my Mother's Day and wondered if they could take a look at it. Its 7: 20 a.m. He tells me they have a lot of appointments today and they may not be able to see my car until 9 a.m. And then tells me that he has to open up the shop and walks away. Lucky for me, there's another Firestone, just up the road in Valrico where Anthony took very good care of me and immediately asked me to pull my car into the first bay, where he checked the
tire pressure and all 4 sensors and adjusted all my air pressure in under 15 minutes flat. Anthony also honored the fact that I was a long-time Firestone customer and did not charge me for this basic service that he did with great customer service grace and consideration. I always recommend Firestone to all my family in friends because you get good service at a reasonable price. The shop in Valrico and Bloomingdale are great and the shop in Brandon is great too but if you have the misfortune to be attended by John as poorly as I was, I would strongly recommend you ask to speak to the manager Steve which I would have done, had I not been behind on my twenty hour trip to New Jersey jersey because of this low tire pressure situation. It costs absolutely nothing to extend kindness and courtesy. I am very grateful to Anthony at the Firestone shop in Valrico.

My wife had a nail in a tire and stopped here to get it fixed. The guy there tells her he cannot patch or plug it. She asked how much 1 tire would be and this guy tells her he can’t sell only 1 tire. He told he could only sell her 4 tires at a time. So this place will try and take advantage of women! And the next tire shop plugged it apologizes for this shop acting like this.

My car battery died and the service representative took care of checking battery and put in a new one without me having to wait hours for the next available mechanic. I couldn't ask for any better service. This service person was great, and I so appreciated what he did for me.

Anthony was such a great help explaining the quote I requested and the promotions they had. They didn’t have all the tires in stock but they were able to get it in within an hour. I got four tires and an alignment for a good price. The customer service here was great as well. Thank you!
