I went in on a Friday evening with a slow leak in my tire. I showed the counterman the screw that was causing the leak and was pleasantly surprised when they told me they could take it in right then and patch it. A half hour later my tire was fixed and I was on my way. Two days later my tire warning light came on again. That was disappointing but what made it worse was that I checked and found the same screw in the same spot on my tire. To top things off, when I went back and told the counter person of the situation I was told they were too busy and that I would have to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. That's pretty poor customer service. I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere and pay again to have a tire fixed that I already paid for.

Brought my truck in at 12: 45 to have the headlights replaced.two hours later tell me they misplaced my paperwork, then they tell me the bulbs have to be special ordered and will be here in 10 minutes. I will never take my vehicle here again.the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Horrible place

If I could give it zero stars I would. First off all of there prices are double what they should be. Manager is rude. Got alignment here less than 6months ago, and it caused my front tires to have uneven wear to the point where I had to get new tires, went back to get an another alignment under warranty and it took 3.5 hours, I asked the staff if I’m the next car and watched them put 2 more cars on the alignment rack before mine even though they said I was next. Worst part about it was that no one was even there to pick up the cars that were before mine. Every time I asked why are you doing more cars before mine when you said I was next manager just told me to relax and was extremely rude. “We’re doing our job” was his response. I think they were just jerking me around because I was there for a warranty alignment because they couldn’t get it right the first time. If you’re so busy doing your job why don’t you do it right the first time!

I left my car due to bad start. They recommended a new battery. Voltage was low so I understood that. Left because they said it was fine, but in the email sent after they recommended a starter change. Of course, having the same problem, I came back and changed the starter. At this point I'm about $800 in, which is ridiculous. I then, have the same problem, bring it in again, and apparently it's the alternator, which they'd charge another 700 for. I leave and take it to a local shop, which clearly said it wasn't any of that, and had my car working with less than half of what Firestone would've charged. Scammed. Disappointing that they'd misdiagnose twice. Stay away from this place. Seems like they just want to steal your money.

This Firestone in PARTICULAR are SCAMMERS, I’m not even kidding. OK so back in April I came to this firestone to get my tires done, an alignment and to get my crankshaft position sensor replaced. I also had known that there was something wrong with my radiator and I asked them to look at it and they told me that I needed a brand new radiator and that it would cost me $900. With the cost of my crankshaft and my tires plus the radiator it would’ve been about a $1500. On that day, I decided that I didn’t want to get the radiator done because I did not have $1500. So today I went to the Firestone on Lake Worth and jog because I was nearby, and have them do an inspection and they told me that I do not need a new radiator and that it’s just the cap on it that needs to be replaced and have a coolant flush done to it. I was so speechless because this Firestone in boynton told me I needed a new radiator for $900. I should’ve known because one of the workers I don’t remember his name, literally would not shut up about all the stuff I should get done with them, and he was so persistent and kept pushing it. It was so annoying. Don’t go to this firestone

Pretty unhappy. I brought my vehicle in for what I believe was a wheel bearing making a noise on one of my tires. They said they fixed it but that I needed my brakes done as well. I decide to go for it. Then later they let me know that I also need rotors, which they never mentioned could be a possibility. The car is still making the noise, I paid a lot of money for all this work and the next day I notice that they didn't bother to reattach my splash guard and several of the special screws are missing so I drove around for a day with that hanging underneath. I'm lucky it didn't fall off.

******UPDATE 06/21/2023******NOTHING NEW***** WHAT A DUM PERSON I WAS TO TRY THIS PLACE AGAIN***** I MADE A OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT, I GET THERE WAIT A REASONABLE 90 MINUTES ONLY TO BE TOLD " WE ARE WAITING ON THE OIL TO BE DELIVERED, THEN YOUR CAR WILL BE READY". ARE YOU KIDDING ME. NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN 5 YEARS. GOOD YEAR HERE I COME.
. STAY AWAY from this place. Lou the 1st person that greets you. He needs to learn some customer service skills. They say make an appointment. Save your time. Appointment means nothing here. Go somewhere were they appreciate your business. STAY AWAY!
>>>>READ FURTHER ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT GOOD YEAR JUST DOWN THE ROAD. What a pleasant surprise! I called late in the day needing an oil change on a very tight schedule. Dillon, who answered the phone was very helpful, even though he said he has nothing open. He offered multiple options to help me. One of those options was to come over, in an hour or so and "I'll see what I can do", even with nothing open. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and asked "how can I help you". After identifying myself, he was able to get me in. Further, after a vehicle inspection, he showed me how my front tires needed replacing. I normally would have passed as I thought this is a typical ploy. HOWEVER, I felt very confident that I was at the right place at the right time, this young man just delivered a sense of trust that one very rarely see's. An awesome experience. I have just found a new place to have my cars serviced. >>>>>> I am pleased to say.good bye to FIRESTONE as they were to busy to help me even though I have brought them several cars over several years. <<<<<<< Let this be a lesson in customer service on both ends. Very positive experience from the entire staff. Norman, the service advisor and the staff helped my wife immediately with a car battery emergency. Andy was the tech - thank you! They were efficient and extremely helpful. I was to thank everyone for excellent customer service. It was very much appreciated.

After reading all these bad reviews and also bad reviews on Nextdoor, I realize now I was totally scammed as well. Brought car in for oil change and 1 tire that was losing air and was told I needed 4 new tires due to try rot, which I have never experienced and have lived in FL my entire life. Plus a new battery. I definitely was scammed.
