This place should be called Firestorm. They were given the smallest task of mounting/balancing 2 tires and my car was given to them clean.instead when I got it back, huge chunks of black shop grease on the wheel face and even greasy handprints down both sides of my car doors. Not white lube from tire mounting, black shop grease. How pathetic. Make sure you add the cost of a detailed car wash to your estimate with them.gonna need it!

They helped me when I desperately needed it. Even when it was so close to closing time on a Sunday. I was/am very grateful

Just called to ask about a part for my car and and oil change. The man who answered the phone was a completely unhappy person and very rude. I continued to ask for his name and he hung up on me lol. Don’t go here….

Firestone on W Atlantic was very easy to schedule an appointment and was extremely quick and professional with the service my car needed.

This has been my mom's choice for quick car service. I have a rental car and realized there was a tire pressure issue. Took it to them and the gentleman kindly put pressure on all the tires. Listened for air escaping from the tire. Hearing nothing, no charge and sent me on my way. Two days later the same tire said low pressure. My rental agency works with them so I was sent back and they did a detailed search until they found the problem. They contacted the rental company and got the approval to replace the tire and followed up with me all the way. I really appreciate the service and the staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Definitely will use them again.

Got there on a Sunday late afternoon, around 4: 02pm to be exact, after noticing a nail in the middle of a flat tire. The gentleman came out to look at it, circled the location of the mail and told me to bring the truck to the front, which I did. I came in the reception area and sat right across from it. After waiting for a good 10 minutes, I approached the reception desk and asked them if they need the keys, he then told me in a condascending tone that he cannot service my truck after all since it was late already. I told him that he let me sat there and waited to just tell me a negative respond. Now, that’s what the meaning of a terrible and bad service. I will never come back and will let other people know not to go there.

Horrible disorganized company. Sells me a warranty and makes me get new tire anyway when i got a nail in it. Then orders the new tire and sells it to someone else and leaves me a vm to tell me then never orders another or followed up with me. Lost a very long time loyal customer.

I had a discount coupon for $20 on a lifetime wheel alignment. The service advisor insisted I had to buy 4 tires with the coupon. No where on the coupon did it state that. He stated it was in the fine print. When I asked him to show me, he wouldn't. I got the discount because I wouldn't back down.

Extremely helpful staff that went above and beyond. Made magic happen to get us back on the interstate.very grateful
