21 BUYER BEWARE. I didn't get the alignment I paid for, charged me for 6qts oil in a 5qt car, and didn't apply a coupon they said the would on the phone. Had to make a second trip to get things done.
I bought 4 tires, oil change and Lifetime alignment.minutes after leaving the store I realized they didn't give me a print out of the alignment. Called the store and they said the printer ran out of ink, doesn't retain data, and I could come back tomorrow and they would redo it. I was watching the alignment rack to see when my car was on it but I never saw it go up. Came back the next day, and they said they did the service. I said you didn't.they put it on the rack and sure enough, admitted they hadn't done it. Lies and poor service. This is the second time I have caught them in a lie and not performing the service paid for.
These guys were spot on when I went in to get a quote and set up an appointment. At the appointment they were spot on. I've been going to Firestone for 40 years. I started at Monteith Tire in Warsaw indiana. They've been good to me ever since I started driving.
Shawn and Victor put 4 tires on my car. I had purchased it not knowing how unsafe they were. Top notch. Highly recommended.
Apparently having a apt doesn't mean anything. It's first come basis! End up waiting over 2 hours with a apt for alignment. No consideration for the interior of your car. Spent 20 mins cleaning the floor mat covered in grease!
First picture is the first alignment completed Sunday 12/10 the second picture was the second alignment from 12/11, the very next day. There’s no way my steering came loose that much AFTER an initial alignment was done, and even after the re-alignment i still have a strong pull to the left.my steering feels worse then it did before I let them touch it. And to add to the list, I had an appointment at 3pm and my car wasn’t touched till an hour later and the guy helping me seemed like he didn’t want to even deal with me and spoke to me like I knew nothing. At lease there was one employee by the name of Matt I believe to step in and handle the situation. Still dosent change the fact I seriously regret going to this shop
I really try to be fair in making in judgements about a business because I’ve worked in customer service and people are typically just not understanding of the fact that there can be several external factors to impact experience. However, I truly feel as though I was just taken advantage of and it’s unfortunate. I took my car in on Tuesday to get air in my tires and the driver side and passenger side window switches exchanged. The first rep, Matt, was very attentive and helpful, calling twice the first day with updates on price and timeline. Since he said a missing part would be in by 3 and could be done the next day, I left my car with them so they’d have it Wednesday. I had to prompt multiple communications on Wednesday and Thursday after hearing nothing from them and was told several times, “we’re still waiting on the part. It’ll be done today. ” I finally asked them to just let me pick me up my car on Thursday after work with only the passenger side fixed so that I could drive until the drivers side part came in. When I picked up my car, the rep told me the total price was $747 and I had to pay a $350 deposit for the work that had already been done. Replacing a window switch takes seconds so I’m not sure why in the world I would be charged hundreds of dollars for labor. To make things worse, when I picked my car up, my tires were still low and didn’t even have air in put in them. I understand that delays in parts can be unanticipated but the lack of communication and the often miscommunication made this experience so unnecessarily inconvenient for me. I’m always looking for a reason to stay with businesses but they gave me too many reasons to find another place to get my car services done.
Would never come here again they overpriced my items and put in the cheapest parts they could find and then a week later my engine still had the same issue.
2 hours for an oil change. Why did I even make an appointment? No apologies, just tried to sell me tires! This place has gone downhill over past couple of years. Inept and uncaring management.
Brought my vehicle to Firestone to have a pair of rear sway bar links installed and an engine diagnostic to check gas gauge function. After 3 hours waiting I was told I needed a fuel pump. Drove home and inspected under vehicle to find only one link was installed. Later I had an engine diagnostic done at another privately owned shop to find out there was absolutely nothing wrong with my fuel pump.
Everything was good the staff was friendly helped with price and mechanic fixed car same day
Was recommended to come here for an alignment on my Jeep renegade by a family friend. Christopher the manager was courteous and friendly from the start. He called me a little while after to let me know I actually had 2 bad tires and they were causing the hard pull on my vehicle. Christian the mechanic showed me the issues in the service area and explained what was happening. Very honest and up front about everything. Great service. Got me 2 brand new tires at a good price and I was out quickly. The vehicle runs safely now and I am very pleased with the whole experience.
Poor service and lack of caring for the customer. Front desk needs a major rebuild in attitude.
This store is the worst! I was forced to buy 2 new tires in the past few months only because they didn't know how to fix a simple nail in a tire!
Do yourself a favor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Got everything I needed done but my brakes did not get bled correctly cause I had to bleed them myself
Had a reoccurring tire vibration going on with my vehicle which cause me to return back to the store. Mr. Mike and Josh took very good care of me and my vehicle Thank GOD you guys have that hunter road force balancer! Definitely will be back!
Booked an appointment for an alignment at 3 got there at 2: 45 waited till 3: 40 to tell me they can’t do my alignment cause they don’t have any techs to do it. Ridiculous
This used to be a good business. Not any more! I made an appointment 2 days ago for 9am tire rotation on Bridgestone tires bought there. Free rotation. I get there at 8: 45am and the unpleasant guy behind the counter say "what can I do for you? ". I tell him that I have a 9am appointment for tire rotation. He asks "you're leaving the vehicle? " I said no I am waiting for it but am walking 2 businesses down to Chick-fil-A to get breakfast. He then says "it's gonna take a couple of hours. " I say "but I have an appointment at 9am. " He says "that only reserves your spot and it is still going to take a couple of hours. " REALLY! Why make an appointment if I have to wait "A COUPLE OF HOURS! "
I will never go back to that business!
Not the greatest customer service. Been going to Firestone for more then 25 years. I'm new in town, was hoping to find the same service never did. I Do NOT recommend this place. Will travel to my old Firestone.

I think I'm going to just cut up my CFNA credit card and not be maintenance proactive anymore!

Look, I'm not able to pay $230 per hour labor at the Dealer for services, but after 5 Firestone locations, and the same dissatisfaction, it just might be worth every penny!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Came in yesterday with appointment, was told they could not take the car.
Called this morning and was told I could drop it off today and leave it for the day. I show up and am told they can take the car again. I give up. What am I suppose to do? This place either needs a GM of the GM needs training.
