Firestone Complete Auto Care, Orlando FL

Don't be fooled by the lifetime alignment they offer. If you have a truck that is lifted or modified, these guys don't know how to align those cars and they will align your car wrong. In my experience with this shop, at some point I was lucky that one of the alignment technicians did know how to do it and aligned my car better than the original, unfortunately that person seems to no longer work in this shop and those who are now, they just follow the instruction book. It surprises me that even seeing that the car is modified, they insist that the necessary Caster specifications do not make sense to them. If they focused on training their technicians, at least observing and analyzing that not all animals are the same, perhaps they would provide a better service. Until now, I can only say thank you for your services, now I know that it makes no sense to take my car to your shop to have it aligned.

Had an appointment for 2: 00 for then to tell me it’s going to take an hour and a half for my car to be done. So I said fine I will wait. An hour and a half passes and my car still isn’t done. This is ridiculous. I don’t understand the point of an appointment if you aren’t going to get to the persons car at that time.

Overall an amazing Team, I can’t say enough about how well organized, timely, professional and communication is at this location. I prefer to have all of my vehicles serviced here over the dealer.

Went to the shop Saturday morning for a nail in my tire. Said to close to the wall and I said, Ill just take it to the dealer I have tire package. Also just in town visiting for the weekend. The Manager Kevin who over heard my conversation with the associate says hey man call your dealership and they will pay us with the warranty and we wont waste your time. So call dealership and get the warranty and Albert absolutely was amazing getting the warranty handled and got a new tire for me. I see mixed reviews on this place but if the manager Kevin is there I think the shop is in good hands. Thank you Kevin and Albert.

Service quality is getting worse and worse, my appointment was for 9: 00AM, but when I went back at 6: 00pm, I was told that it hadn't been completed yet! And it didn’t even start! What a waste of my Uber fare and time! I had a oil change before, but after a while I found chassis parts falling off. My friend checked it for me and the reason was that the screws were not tightened at that time! Horrible! I went to ACTION GATOR today and I only waited for half an hour.

I normally go to the Firestone on Osceola Parkway. I called them first and told them I was looking for 2 tires. The price the gentleman gave me was high. I asked if they had anything in my price range and was told no. I called this Firestone. I gave Kevin my budget and he found what we were looking for. They were ordered quickly and put on for us. We are very happy with the work that they did and their customer service. Everyone there was friendly. I highly recommend this location. We will be back.

Dennis has always been very helpful and transparent about the work that needs to be done. I service all my cars here and really like working with the team.

I went in for new brakes service realized i needed a new rotor and calipers since they seized up. Which seemed right.however, when i left, my truck was now shaking so i brought it back in. They said it needs alignment and balance. Ok. When i left it was still shaking. I made appointment for 8: 00 am. They didnt even look at it till 4: 00pm. Waiting to see if they figure out what is wrong.

I arrived at 10: 30 am to have a tire repaired and left at 2: 30 pm, a 4-hour wait to repair a tire crazy and they really don’t care

We’ve worked with Dennis a few times at this location and he’s awesome. SO NICE! Very honest and will take time to educate you on your options! We’ve appreciated him a bunch!

Worst place to take your vehicle. They will see anyway for you to buy their own tires at a higher price than any other place. Went there for a tire rotation and they wanted me to replace all 4 tires. Not even explain why or gave additional options. Don’t even waste your time!

Excellent customer service! Extremely happy how attentive Albert was with us. Our honda pilot unfortunately needed a new engine. Not only did they took the time to work with our car insurance numerous times to get our car completed as quick as possible but they did an incredible job on installing our new engine thanks to Rafael who got our running like new again! Albert and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend this place! Happy to have a reliable Firestone close to us for future services.

You need quality tires for your vehicle and this place has them. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half for installation, make an appointment.

Horrible service. Not only rude but also they don’t do the job correctly.

I gave this place a second chance. This time I spent 3 days without a car and when I came to pick it up they had not even touched it. The worst part is that truly do not care. Not even an apology. The guy just replied “aight, aight” and walked away. I’m not sure he tho people are still open. Don’t waste your time with this place.

I just got home from the Firestone Auto Care that is located in Lake Nona, FL.
I had my vehicles brake pads, rotors, brake system flush, tires rotated and wheel alignment done today.
The customer service here was impeccable.
My point of contact at Firestone was Service Manager, Dennis Greenidge.
Mr. Greenidge came to myself and other patrons in the waiting area, to update us on what progress the technicians were making on each one of our vehicles.
I could tell that everyone there appreciated the progress reports along with estimated time when each one of our vehicles would be finished.

Very friendly and professional. Price was high and had to wait longer than 2 hours for my part they had to order from next door. That's more on Autozone not Firestone. Over good experience.

Albert's service is excellent. The service in general is fast and very good, but I found the prices for the services a little expensive.

Brought my car in for a nail in a tire. They said, we are packed, bring it in Saturday and we will patch it up. Saturday I went and dropped off the car in the morning. Sunday they called and said the car was ready for pick up. I showed up, they billed me $31 and said it was patched up. I walked outside, I saw the same nail in the same tire as the one in the tire when I dropped off for service. I walked inside, told the guy at the front desk "Sir, it hasn't been fixed", to which he replied "thats right, it couldn't be done, Im sorry man it's gonna need a new tire". I told asked him, "then why did you just bill me? " To which he replied "sorry man, I'll refund it and we will get you a new tire". Ok! So I had to leave my car another two days. I got an email with an invoice saying my car had been serviced Tuesday morning. So, rationally, after work I went to pick up my car at 6: 30 pm. The guy at the front desk (different one this time) tells me, "oh looks like it hasn't been worked on man, but we can do it right now". I said "no that's fine don't worry about it, at this point I'll just take it somewhere else, Im actually not paying $500 for a new tire either, my car has been here 4 days and still no work". The guys rudely cut me off and said "ok fine" drove my car around and gave me my keys. No sorry, no apology, nothing! All good, just won't be taking my vehicle to this place anymore.

Great service! Team helped me replace my tires when I was in a pinch- I had no appointment but they still got me out of there in less than 2 hours.
