Firestone Complete Auto Care, Orlando FL

This store is great. I have been coming here for quite some time to take care of my two cars, a Genesis Coupe and a Honda Civic. The staff at this store goes out of their way to take care of their customers. They always take the time to listen to us and work to find a solution within our price range. The staff is always forthright about repairs and clearly explains your options. The shop manager on duty today was great when I came in about a tire repair. It couldn't be saved so we needed to replace it. The store didn't have my specific tire in stock, but the manager ordered it and set it up an appointment for tomorrow. Every time I come in my experience is great. I am definitely a loyal customer.

I went in because one of my tires wouldn’t fill with air when I did it at a gas station near by. They filled all my tires for me quickly and were the nicest.

Take too long and wont acknowledge you an hour and half and still waiting just to change a tire crazy

Did not have an appointment and they got me in and out in less than an hour! Had to get a tire replaced. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

My mom is in her 70s. She had a flat tire.
She called me to help her- I was at work.

The wonderful people here, took her in and had her out in less than an hour on a Sunday.

After fixing the air in all 4 of my tires. Sitting in the parking lot for another 10 minutes.
My young daughter and i had to went back into the lobby where we were told by a young bald black man that we were not allowed to come back in to use the restroom.
I spent good money here! (after all the upsells) and because my services were done and they were starting to close My young daughter IS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO PEE! SERVICE HERE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I came in there a couple of weeks ago with a rental car that had gotten a flat tire after driving it for 15 minutes. I was freaking out because I was supposed to be on the road way before that and everywhere else I went said it had been would be a couple of hours before they could change my tire. Matt helped me to get in and out within 20 minutes I could tell that he could see how stressed I was.thank you Matt for saving my vacation I owe you guys big time!

Great crew, got my tire fixed and I was back on the road. Very practical and no BS kind of shop.

Spent 1000 bucks to get my car fixed to find out a month later that it needs a further 10k of work, which out strips the value of the entire car in good condition. I wasn't exactly pleased with this, it wasn't something they could have missed.

While technically not dishonest, it is enough to ensure I dont go back. Had they told me up front they would have lost a sale but kept a customer.

I got the balance and tires rotation at this shop yesterday. The price was higher than another shop i used before like tuffy or tires plus. The service for my car so terrible because before i came here my car was shake when i'm driving up to 60 miles per hour but after a left this shop, 2 tires were ok but 2 tires were bounced. Another thing, the technician did my wheel mash up 1 of 5 lug nut. I will not come here again to let them take care my car.

Polite and friendly employees. Clean business and service is good. You know what the cost is upfront, no hidden fees.

I had to have a new tire installed last minute on a sunday. They were pretty busy but still got me in and out in about 30 minutes.

The service at this location is worse than slow. Took over 3 hours for them to replace 3 tires and do an alignment. 2 hours of that was just to replace the tires.

I can’t complain. I got a screw in my front left tire on I-4. They put on new a FR710 on my daily ride right away. Did an alignment and tire rotation to boot!

Customer service guy over the phone was rude. Maybe you should have someone friendlier answer the phone and I would actually take my car to get serviced there.

Not quite as low a price as we were looking for, but they got us out quick. When do you get the price you want one a tire.

Very helpful, and experienced guys. Didn't even had appointments but got my tire fixed in 15 minutes.

Came in and explained that my car battery was being drained by something. We explained that we already purchased a new battery and had the alternator/starter check out and didn't know what could be causing the problem. The response was we'll look into it. I get a call about an hour later saying the battery is good and so is the alternator and they couldn't figure out what the issue was. I picked up my vehicle and was charged for the battery/electrical check. I was never told upfront that there were going to be any costs. The bigger issue for me was the absurdity that they echoed back to me what I already knew, and then charged me when they couldn't find anything wrong. There was also a nice (probably automated) touch on the invoice saying that the battery is showing signs of wear and should probably be checked regularly. The battery is 2 days old. What a joke.

Me and my family get almost everything done at firestone! But not all firestones are the same especially in Orlando! Since I moved to Orlando I've been to quit a few different locations and this one has by far the best customer service and got my car in and out in a timely manner! I will definitely drive the 20 minutes to this location rather then the one that's down the street from me!

Great Customer Service! Very pleased with service. No one has been able to balance my tires except these guys and very friendly. Highly recommended.
