It's hard to find great customer service with real people these days. I chose this business because they have actual people, not a bunch of machines.

This bank has horrible customer service and most of the people there dont know what they are doing. They will tell you one thing, do another and then dont return phone calls.

I feel very safe. The security protection and alerts that are put in place makes it such a relief. Best customer service of any bank I've ever dealt with, either online, phone or in person. Love this bank!
