We attended First Baptist Church Fort Lauderdale this Sunday. We're from out of town so we were a little hesitant being there as the newbies. The service was a blessing and the preaching was spot on - I needed to hear what the pastor had to say. We've all been dropped and carried - great message.
This is my new home.
Very genuine connections, lovely worship team, great experienced pastors and leaders and such an expansive beautiful area with ample parking space and lots of coffee for all.
Teaches the word in a simple manner that you can relate to in today's times, doesn't cover God's word to be popular with society but teaches with love, the word is the word.
I can’t say enough amazing things about this church. First Baptist Fort Lauderdale is made up of veracious, steadfast leaders with a genuine heart for our Lord and the Gospel. This church doesn’t waiver from biblical truth to meet societal standards. I truly feel the presence of God every time I walk into this place. Jesus is King and He’s alive in here…I strongly encourage you try it out!:)
