DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I came here because I injured my knee and was prescribed crutches and a knee brace. For starters, their selection of braces was embarrassing. They had next to nothing for options. The woman who works there “fitted me”. It turns out she sold me a brace that was THREE INCHES too large for my leg. When I came back to bring this to her attention, she refused to give me a return/refund or exchange. She then proceeded to tell me that the brace did indeed fit my leg and she knew that because she “fitted me”, and then turned around and said that they are not “fitters”. Go a little further south on 41 to Gulfshore Medical Supply where they actually know what they are doing.

They always have exactly what I'm looking for.the customer service is absolutely fabulous. Shelley is so great and knows her stuff! They're never pushy and never try to upsell you on things you don't need. If I could give them ten stars, I would without even having to think about it Thanks for all that you do- for me, and for our community!

Ahmed, Shelley, and Jane are knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. They go out of their way to find items that you are looking for, and provide transparent information on pricing. Highly recommend this company for excellent customer service and availability of products. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

My wife and I came to Naples/Bonita Springs area and needed to rent a couple of items for a month. Ahmed was terrific to deal with. He was pleasant, quick to respond and very patient and thorough in his explanations. He delivered what he promised and was on time. The equipment was in great shape, in fact the scooter was brand new. I highly recommend First Care Medical Supply, ask for Ahmed you won't be disappointed!

First Care Medical was totally awesome. I fell and broke my knee and desperately needed a wheelchair. The store was closed but the amazing owner, who is also a nurse, came BACK to the store and opened it for us. She was so knowledgeable and friendly and really knew her products. She was not pushy at all or trying to upsell me. She genuinely wanted to help me buy the right product for my condition. The wheelchair was a hybrid so the larger wheels could be taken off to fit through the narrow doorways of my older house. I can't say enough good thing about this company and their owners. FIVE STARS FOR SURE!

I stopped in to see whether transport chairs were available for rent. Shelley was cordial and knowledgeable, so we returned there to rent the chair. She remembered us, and her staff went the extra mile to provide info, and put the chair in and out of the car (on return). They are well "equipped" with medical equipment and supplies. She provided my sister (who lives out of state) with additional information about the tens (?) unit and volunteered to answer any questions and assist her in securing the unit. Wonderful, knowledgeable service!

Very poor service. The sales lady said needed a prescription from my dr.for velcro headgear for cpap machine. Not true lady!

Be aware of upselling. Therapist ordered a Walker. They called and said we have a order for bed pan and Walker. And the charge for bedpan was 129 and needed to be paid upfront. Therapist did not order no one asked for this. Called to return. Very rude. Took it back immediately unused. They reluctantly returned it. Charged a 25 dollar delivery fee Was very rude and defensive. Just didn't need it. Prime example of how a elderly person gets sold on something they don't need and doesn't have the ability to bring it back. I'm sure they scam a lot of old people like this. I would not recommend. Be careful

Recently started working at the company and the owners are extremely hands on, professional, experienced and friendly! The turnaround on restocking equipment and the quickness of deliveries are unmatched! The nurse, Shelley Jennings, is always accessible to clients and extremely helpful and efficient in bringing solutions and peace of mind to her clients! If you’re in need of equipment and oxygen, there’s no doubt in my mind that First Care/Admeco is the place to go! Highly recommend!

The nurse was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly friendly. I was interested in renting a wheelchair for a period of time and wanted to make sure I had the right size and weight for transportation. I was able to try several different types of wheelchairs and the technician took his time with me. They allowed me to rent a BRAND NEW wheelchair, in which the rental fee went towards the buy price. I definitely recommend First Care Medical.

Excellent customer service, Both Ahmed and Shelley are extremely knowledgeable and its very satisfying working with Shelley knowing that she is a Registered Nurse and knows what she is talking about. I went in looking for wound care and she new exactly what to give me.

I have great comments for this company. We at New Life Rehab Medical Center have Referred several patients that needed different medical products from them and they attended my patients very well. They even offered delivery services. I am glad we established a great business relationship.

This is truly a concierge medical equipment and supply company. They provide service any hour of the day or night. They are transparent with their charges and fees up front so patients are informed about financial responsibilities and return policies prior to receiving their equipment and or supplies. My experience with them involves supplies that were needed immediately and not available anywhere. They ordered and had them overnighted for my patient who was desperate for them.
