6 On hold for 45 minutes they don't answer the phone. This is my third follow up with them they sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy then after phone calls they did not provide the veterans administrator the correct info and did not follow up with me or the pharmacy
I thought civilian health car was better than the VA. Now I see it is no better
Dr. Deeb is an incredible doctor and probably the best Endo in Jax. He is extremely thorough and treats from all angles including checking for vitamin insufficiencies and using supplements versus pharmaceuticals alone. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and does not rush or dismiss anything. His assistants and the front office staff are also very kind. Be prepared, however, to spend a lot of time here. My appointments usually take a couple of hours and it’s a very long wait both in the waiting room and the exam room. So bring a book or something to do. It can also be difficult to reach the office by phone but if you leave a message they’re pretty good about getting back to you!
Terrible service. Wait 90 minutes having an appointment scheduled in advance. I never received the prescription nor did they send the test order. They don't answer the phones.
NEVER AGAIN. I waited for over an hour after being called in to an exam room. No doctor. No assistant. Nobody came in over an hour. So I left. They scammed my insurance company out of an office visit charge, of course, after providing no service. This practice has a serious problem. Either the doctor, or the scheduler, or the office manager, doesn't know how to do their job. I can't be sure who is to blame because I walked out in disgust.
I don't know why they never answer their phones! I have been to this clinic numerous times so I know they have staff-refusing to answer the phone at a medical office is RIDICULOUS!
