The worst office. They cancel appointments on the spot and are incompetent and unprofessional. They don’t really care for patients find another doctor.

Dr Subramanian was great very attentive and thorough. The office staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I had an appointment cancelled because they didn’t request the referral. I was hung up on and after having a test done the results were not passed on to the doctor who requested it. The frustrating part is my follow up appointment with the requesting physician was 30 days after the test was done and they never sent the results.
If you go to this office be prepared to do a lot of follow up.

After being rescheduled 2 months later they cancel my appointment again. You can’t get your own medical records from them. From the staff to the Dr all unprofessional. I’ve worked with Dr’s offices and hospitals before, this is not how an office should act especially when we are coming to them for medical attention. Do not bother scheduling with them you will wait for nothing because they will reschedule or cancel you all the time!

Office staff, especially the office manager, is rude and they did not want to put in any effort to try and verify my insurance even though they were appearing in my network.

Her office failed to bill my insurance back in 2016 and sold my debt to some collection agency. I just found out about it. Good job. NOT!
