Absolutely amazing staff! Ashley (front desk), Dr. Rinehart, Dr. Warren, and Garrett (PTA) are all compassionate individuals who clearly love their jobs and thrive on making a difference in the lives of others. I never dread my visits and always feel welcome, cared for, and heard. I simply cannot recommend First Choice enough for any of your physical therapy needs.

First Choice Therapy in Callaway has an awesome team. Luize and Garrett were always willing to listen and help find and elevate the pain I was having in my right arm/elbow. Since my therapy appointments… my pain is minimal and I can now do things I was not able to do before.

This is my 2nd round with Ms Luize (and 1st we itch Garrett).
I had a total reverse shoulder replacement and already after a month of them working on me I actually feel like I I’m going to be ok!
They are so amazing with the way they explain what and why they are doing and also showing you the end goal they want you to reach.
I’ve had 13 surgeries…… I wish I would’ve found them years ago!

They are wonderful from the time you walk in until you leave. Very friendly, professional, and concerned for your recovery. Loved my time with them.

My experience with Dr. Warren is awesome. My hip has become very painful due to arthritis. I am waiting surgery and physical therapy has made it more comfortable in everyday activities.
