A clean facility with outstanding customer service but the information indicates 'temperature controlled and the space I rented (only one available) is rather warm due to an AC system that does not cool the entire building well.

Extremely clean and safe. Prices are reasonable. Centrally and conveniently located. Christine, the office manager, is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. She is a big part of why I chose this facility.

I really have no complaints other than I am a little astonished that the gate is always open at least when I arrive there during the daytime I don't know if that is sop and they only have the gates closed during night time but I would rather prefer it being a more secure facility that they have the gates closed all the time and only those of us who pay for the storage should have a little bit more peace of mind and have it secure all the time. In other words, no unauthorized persons allowed in there
