IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO, I WOULD. I tried calling for my father and was placed on hold for 15 minutes all for the line to disconnect. Staff seems to not care if family members call. I would not recommend this facility at all and will be moving my father some where else. VERY POOR SERVICE!

Thank God I survived the place. I was there for rehab. I won't be surprise if the close this place. I'm kind of hoping it would. Bad service. Bad food, etc.

My cousin has been to this facility For almost 2 months now and everytime I go see him he is doing better.he is always clean and dressed but he is also able to do it on his own.he will tell me if something ain't right or someone did something to him but all I hear is good from him when I go see him.long as they do right by my cousin I have no problems with them.the social work and my couson nurse is so sweet.they make sure I know everything thays being done.they call I they not sure of something.they're all helping my cousin and I love it because he was not himself before going in to this facility.

HORRIBLE…. WORST REHAB CENTER EVER
The building itself is gross, as soon as you walk in it smells horrible. The first day I came to visit my grandmother the whole hallway she was on had there nurse lights on. And no staff came to help her. Next off the room she was in looks a mess. There were roaches every where, the walls were scratched up, the bed was on the floor. THE STAFF ARE VERY LAZY. The morning staff changed her and she hadn’t got changed since. My grandmother sat in her feces for 4 hours. And it would’ve been longer if she didn’t call her son n law and send him pictures. Her son n law had to call the rehab center just for them to come in the room and change her. And then they still didn’t bathe her. They didn’t want to feed her. We practically had to beg the people just for them to feed her. They claim she only gets 2 baths a week, changes there oxygen once a week. And they didn’t changed her bedding even though she made a mess through her sheets. My Grandmother was scared to sleep because she was afraid something would crawl on her. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN.

This experience for my family was terrible. The living conditions are inhumane and disgusting. My patient was sitting in her own feces until we were able to bring that to someone’s attention. Her bedding was horrible.it was broke and her accident was going through the mattress. Her food only came when someone says something. The nurses took about 30 minutes to come assist. They claim they only bathe the patients twice a week. Her oxygen tank was nasty and was on the floor. She was scared to sleep because she was afraid a critter or a roach was going to crawl on her. Some health inspector needs to come inspect this asap. This is literally appalling and nasty. Something needs to be done! If you can stop your loved ones from coming here, do everything you can to do so.

Never in my life have I seen the most profound disregard of elderly dignity and respect. Broken beds and wheel chairs that don’t lock- roaches crawling around on unkept floors- call lights that remain inoperable for weeks at a time. My sister was here for 2 months and kept falling because they just aren’t checked on regularly. I was not even notified of her last fall, which caused a brain bleed and landed her in ICU. Even after I called them to ask for details or information, they didn’t even bother returning my calls. Avoid this place if possible.

Where do you see your friend when we walk to the front door we was met by the receptionist very nice lady took very good care of us help us out goddess back to you see your friend in the room but once in the room there was fecal matter in the trashcan on the outside of the trashcan on the sink on the walls and her roommate stunk of fecal matter the nurse is coming to clean her up and when they left they did not clean the floor the toilet the sink the wall any of it is very very unhealthy and unsanitary and very expensive for the service and care that these elderly are getting

Thousands of staffs there and not one couldn't interview me. Felt discriminated against.

This facility is clean neat and a 5 Star center based on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
