Dr. Crisco is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He carefully reviewed my initial tests, clearly explained the findings and ensured I understood everything in the report and with his recommendations. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
The office and nursing staff are friendly, accommodating and efficient.

Really love First Coast Heart & Vascular in St. Augustine. Dr. Van Crisco is extremely knowledgeable, keeps up to date with recent studies in the cardiovascular field (which is very important to me), and is excellent at laying out in detail what your test results mean in terms of your heart health. He understands well the concept of risk vs.quality of life, and, although he will be amenable to you trying many approaches to deal with current heart challenges, he will also state plainly for you the risk level for each “option, ” and clearly recommend what he feels is the best route to go. I find this approach self-empowering health-wise, allowing me to make informed decisions about my heart health approach.
Everyone in the office is highly capable, and service- and patient-oriented. It was a great experience, and I believe my heart will be healthier in the long run because of Dr. Van Crisco and this office!
