Satisfied customer, inspected my new roof after a rain storm and was given some great info over and above our agreement.

The new construction home we are buying is quite a distance away, so we were not in attendance. Our realtor, Maureen McKinney (also 5 star), went in our place. Will was extremely thorough, a great communicator and very reasonable! We had his emailed report within 3 hours of completion of his inspection, with many detailed pictures of all issues. We highly recommend him with no hesitation!

We received the detailed report the next morning with a summary sheet of items that needed to be addressed and repaired to give to the builder at our walk through. This is an end of warranty inspection. Will Scott was extremely punctual in keeping with the day and time of inspection. He took his own time to scan through the house inside and outside. He sat with us and explained all the issues we have and can happen after the warranty of house expires.
He took photographs of the problem areas so that I can present for my warranty claims.
He was extremely courteous and reliable. I would recommend his services to any of my friends and family.

The Inspector gave updates on his arrival. He explained what would happen and then explained what DID happen. All of my questions were answered in great detail. His report arrived in a very timely manner.
