First Coast R & R employees are caring & attentive when assisting us on our trips to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville.

They go above and beyond expectations to make sure we are safe & comfortable. We use our car as it is easier for us and our rollators or wheelchair.

Christine, the owner impressed us when our driver forgot to clock in when she arrived at our house. Chris called us to make sure the driver had arrived, and we were not stranded at home. We knew then that First Coast R & R is the right company for us.

I have used First Coast R and R for almost two years, initially multiple days a week following surgery. With improvement, I gradually cut back but continue the service one day a week, usually with the same caregiver. They help me with cooking, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping. The caregivers, besides being great company, are efficient, friendly, and eager to help.
