Very helpful. We we're seen right away no waiting in line or even sitting for long periods of time. The staff are very friendly and smiles were all along the counter on every employee face. Thank you for being so sweet and helpful.

I give daytona tag agency eight golden stars. I have a slight disability and it was a very short line and I was given the best care by three of the employees. (I only saw three). Kathy was awesome

The 1st time I went, customer service gentleman was rude and not helpful at all. I went back today and the lady I dealt with was amazing and so helpful.

The wait time was 4 minutes and the Representative was cordial and knowledgeable about my needs and I was out of building in 19 minutes

I love coming here instead of the DMV. Definitely worth the extra dollars. If it’s something they can do, you can be in and out w/o an appointment generally within 15min and they are NICE to you! Shocking for a tag office, right? Seriously, this place a present from angels.

Went in. Had no hard copy title but did have paperwork to show when I transferred from Texas to Florida tags, Florida made a "typo" on my VIN# and they wouldn't renew my tags because the numbers didn't match what my insurance showed (the correct VIN#). Rebecca and Mike helped me and had the title corrected and a copy of my registration receipt so I can get my tags renewed and they'll send me a "new, improved" title and it cost me nothing! Thanks, Rebecca and Mike, and Happy Holidays! I appreciate you! UPDATE: I had to go in and do a title/tag transfer for a car I bought since my last post. Tracy and Mike are awesome! Thanks so much for your time, your assistance, and your positive attitudes! Happy and Prosperous New Year to your and yours!

Not recommend! Super expensive and you don't even get service! Title couldn't be delivered so they wanted me to pay an extra 30$ for a new one. Not with me!
At least the staff is nice.

Ppl were nice, wait short but why do you accept money but have to return next day, wait in line again to get tag?

I was treated very rudely. I was the only customer on the office. An employee named Jay was rude, gave very short abrupt answers and, when I asked a simple question, tossed a piece of paper at me with an address on it and suggested that I talk to the County.
