We found Edi to be professional, honest, excellent communication, listens to detail and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I purchased a fifteen year old home that needed major remodeling. Edi’s crews worked diligently until everyday ended with perfection. The end result turned out absolutely GORGEOUS! The high quality workmanship and materials used are exceptional. First Impressions is by far the finest company we have ever had do any renovations. Edi, the owner is an extremely honest and caring individual. His entire staff, have been incredibly helpful from day one. Ricardo, Tammy and Edi guided us thoroughly through the design phase, material selection, painting, fixtures and of course the actual demo and reconstruction. Their trades people were very proficient and maintained the highest quality control throughout the entire process! Our kitchen project was done to our expections. The only problem was with the company that provided the new drawer front and cabinet doors. They made a number of them the wrong size. This delayed the completion for the project by over a month. Unfortunately it reflected poorly on First Impression Kitchen & Bath. On the positive side, Daniel who did most of the work, did an excellant job. He was a delight to work with and he ensured we were completely happy with the final outcome. Tom
