13I received exceptional service from the aid that was appointed to my grandmother. I 100% recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a home care with great staff and amazing service. Thank you all.
My experience with this agency has been very negative. I highly doubt the other reviews are authentic. Yesterday afternoon I spoke with the office staff and was assured that I would have an aid today at 9 am for my elderly mother. Today the aid did not show up and they are not responding. The office is not responding or returning my calls. The previous aid I had was constantly on her phone using FaceTime even though my mother has confusion and requires supervision. My mom fell and fractured her femur while with the aid who was washing my mom while using her phone. I’m not sure why this agency has so many positive reviews. I’m guessing they are friends of the owner and aids. I do not recommend this agency and was actually switching Monday to a new agency.
Jessica and her team are AWESOME your love one will be taken care of 100%. Staff is very caring and personable.
The staff cares about their patients and it shows with the level of services they provide their patients on a daily basis. They also have great communication.
