My Title to the Property I purchased has been defective for 5 months now and International Title has done nothing to fix the Issue. Lots of Title options out there, find someone who cares

Don't use in-house title companies from the Builder or the real-estate firm you are dealing with, they won't have your best interest at heart, far from it.

I've had many closings for both commercial holdings we have and private assets and these ladies make your life easy and are pleasant doing so
