First Magnitude Brewing Company reviews
17Lots of great beers, a few wines. Plenty of space to gather in. Indoor, outdoor, games, music.
Such an amazing space used to perfection by the brewery. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Top all that off with great company and delicious products and they bat the cycle.
This was my favorite Gainesville brewer by far. Very cool space, beer was delicious and interesting. Only of the places we visited that I wanted to go back for a second flight because didn’t try all the ones that intrigued me. (That’s saying something.) 2 food trucks when we were there on Friday afternoon. As a cave diver, spring-based name already prejudiced me, but regardless this was top notch.
Great local brewery with very comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Food trucks are often nearby for dining options, though not always.
First non-dog friendly brewery I have ever been to and welll equipped outdoor area for dogs. Staff exceptionally rude about it as wer. Highly do not recommend
A common hangout for me. Always great beers, some experimental but pull them off far more often than not. Good options for seating in tap room, in warehouse, and an outdoor beer garden. They are also heavily involved in the community and host fund raisers. Family friendly, but unfortunately not dog friendly.
Great beers, good service, and really good food trucks with lots of variety. Lovely setting too.
I absolutely loved this brewery. It is just steps from downtown. They have a a spectacular beer selection. Tons of outside space and lots of inside space. It seems they usually have a food truck too. They also don’t mind if you bring in outside food either. There is a robust schedule of fun events. I would recommend this place hands down. Also when we went their fruited Hefeweizen was my favorite of what was on tap.
The best of several very good breweries in the Ville. Very good brews (great core brews and awesome seasonal offerings), nice indoor and outdoor spaces, frequent events and food trucks, and a true G'ville vibe! Try. The. Wakulla.
Definitely my favorite brewery in town. Great indoor and outdoor seating and they have food trucks most nights. Their beers are top knotch!
Super nice. Been here a couple of times. We used their little private room for a bridal shower. Super friendly staff. Great beers with multiple options
Phenomenal brewery in Gainesville, this place is one of the best to meet up with some friends over a pint and lose track of time. The seating is plentiful, and while the outdoor areas are a selling point there is a ton of covered and indoor seating that allows it to be enjoyed in any weather. It’s a place with a very safe and accepting feeling, boasting great accessibility for those with disabilities as well as the LGTB community. Tuesdays are trivia nights at 6: 30p, runners come for the “running tabs” Wednesday at 6: 15, and a constantly changing and fresh roster of events take place through the month. Great vibes, fantastic layout, and very friendly staff make First Magnitude a must for anyone in Gainesville, visiting or local!
Great local brewery with frequent bands. Supports many local causes, especially environmental. Light snacks at BBC the bar. Food trucks regularly. Beer garden, indoor space, covered spaces, almost anything you would want. Now brewing ciders
Great atmosphere! The owner is a community oriented business owner that always looks out for Gainesville! Great live music on the regular!
Amazing small scale brewery pumping out the best local IPA (URSA) in town. Kid friendly awesome open air seating in beer garden. Happy 8 years. Love you guys & gals!
Rude staff ruined the experience. Would not recommend to anyone and would suggest any other brewery in town. Have advised all friends to look elsewhere as well. Decent beer is not worth being treated poorly.
FM has always been an amazing experience! The staff, the beer garden, the atmosphere! Did I mention they have beer! Beers of all sorts of styles and combos. From sours to IPAs, pilsners to Russian Imperial Stout‘s! They also make sodas and ciders!
