Staff are allways courteous and actually care about your accounts. They make sure you dont leave still having questions unanswered.its your money its your account No question is trivial. Hardley ever await in line. Clean, cozy business atmosphere.

I went to open and checking account and the lady was very rude to me. I got there at a little before 4p and I was told be fore hand to be there by 4: 30p and I was and the lady was absolutely rude to me and. I told her that I had to find a ride to get there I have a very bad case of vertigo and I’m on dialysis.just really uncaring lady and very hateful. I won’t be back.it was totally uncalled for. I’m not a nasty person or hateful or rude to anyone.
