An AC water hose broke and flooded 5 floors below. We called First Onsite and in 30 minutes they arrived and took control of the situation. They set up fan, dehumidifiers, etc.and returned every day to monitor the progress. All dry and all clean now, thanks to First Onsite. From Jessica their rep, to the office, to their technicians, thank you.

This Company Is A Complete Waste Of Time. I Am Dealing With An Employee Named JP Who’s Completely Dishonest And Has As A Pseudo Answer For Everything Disregarding My Time And Disrespecting My Place. JP Was Hired By The Management Team Of My Building. They Initially Came To Restore Water Damage Inside My Unit And Made The Situation Progressively Worse. JP And His Team Installed A Dehumidifier Which They Left On Without Checking On It And Because Of The Lack Of Responsibility The Entire Unit Was Flooded Causing The Unit To Flood And Damaging The Baseboards Which Costed Me $1,000. After Months Of Going Back And Forth (Because First On-site Blames Management) JP Agrees To Only Refund Me 25% Of The Price (Which He Is 100% At Fault) And Until This Day I Haven’t Seen The Lousy $250. He Said He Cannot Credit Me The $250 Because The Association Owes Him Money. In A Logical World You Never Say This And You Never Comingle Cases. His Ethics Are Ineffable And His Conduct In Not Responding Is Completely Unethical!
I Would Not Recommend This Company As They Make The Situation From Bad To Worse. Go Somewhere Where The Customer Is Valued And Don’t Make The Choice Of Having Dishonesty, Disrespect And Unethical Practices Into Your Life.
