Go by provider expertise and not by large or fancy locations. This practice has caring people, with lots of experience from what I noticed, on my first visit. I'm glad the "big guys" didn't have time to take care of my therapy, which made me end up with Option Therapy. I'm glad it happened.

The office located conveniently in Gondola Park, off Capri Isles Bkvd.
Parking is easy and plentiful. The office is small, clean, efficient and well equipped. The therapists, Helberts Tambley and Andreas Machulski, are well versed in both traditional PT and some methods that may not be as common here in the US. They only deal with 2 patients each at a time, so you are always attended to. They maintain a tight schedule, so are always ready for you at your appointment time. They are efficient, professional and pleasant.
The office manager, Beverly Smith, is always cheerful, responsive and helpful. Scheduling and payments are handled easily.
I will be happy to return to First Option if needed, and to recommend it to all.

I have had physical therapy at First Option Physical Therapy for rotator cuff repair and a torn gluteus medius. Both times I have had excellent physical therapy and benefited from the one on one care. It is a small office with two therapists and the office manager. The office has a small room with equipment but almost all of the therapy I had was hands on with stretching and strengthening. They were very accommodating to assisting in scheduling my appointments with my schedule. The owner. Helberts Tambley, is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with as was the other therapist. I definitely would recommend First Options Physical Therapy and I will go back in the future if I need physical therapy.
