Reached out online for a quote got a call next day from Roman who set up a same day free inspection. He sent me a quote maybe like a week later with an estimated timeline for completion. It was completed way ahead of the timeline and the quote he gave me was fair and reasonable and way less than 2 other roofing companies I reached out to. I would def recommend. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They repaired my soffit I had no roof damage so no job too small for them

We hired the company to repair our roof damage as well as gutter and soffit damage that has been caused by hurricane Ian.
The roof repair was ok, but the gutter repair has not been completed. And also, some existing gutters that were not affected got damaged during the repair.
We reached out to the company many times over the course of several weeks but never even got a call back to solve the issue. A representative once called us and told us that his manager would reach out to us - which again never happened. We also sent pictures as evidence but no-one was willing to even discuss the matter with us.
All we got was a threat that they would take legal action if we didn't pay their bill in full.
We could have fought this, but we decided to pay the bill as a few hundred bucks were not worth the time and effort. We then hired another company to finish their job and repair the damage caused by the company.
We can not recommend this company, therefore. They leave you completely alone if anything doesn't work out as it should. Even if they thought our claims were invalid, a professional company would at least reach out to us to discuss the matter and not simply ignore us.

I was given 30 days notice to have my roof replaced or have my insurance canceled. Kevin Kasarda was very understanding and assured me he could get the job done. They finished the roof install 6 days before IAN struck. I did not loose a single shingle!

First Service did our roof last year. After Hurricane Ian all of our neighbors had roof damage and ours is still like new! We are so appreciative. Their quality work stood the test of a Cat 4 storm! Highly recommend. Best roofer is SWFL and Veteran owned.

Had a leak in my bathroom vent, couldn't find where it was coming from. Went on the roof several times myself and tried patching. Nothing worked. Casey came and within minutes found the problem. Never leaked again! He also gave me advise on how to repair the stain it left in my ceiling. Will recommend First Service to my friends and neighbors.

The work was done timely and at a reasonable price. Once the permit was issued, the roof installation took less than two days with a crew that was efficient and polite. I have recommended First Service to a number of others and have used them for both roofing and painting my house. A great company!

After hurricane Ian we had significant damage to our roof and called First Service for help. We want to thank Ashley and Madeline for being patient with us after taking numerous phone calls and the great team of guys who worked hard to tarp and secure our roof. Kevin and crew were on time and we’re happy with our roof. I would suggest getting extra plywood added into the cost. Disappointed with the estimate on how much ply would be needed…. Not being local we were very surprised with the amount we needed. BUT locals were not … they know the deal. We were unprepared. Thought they could have been more realistic and upfront with these repairs

I found this company to be extremely professional helpful and always worked with a smile and workmanship was second to none and more importantly they always cleaned up after at the end of each day. I had many quotes for the work but their patience in answering all questions made me choose this company. I highly recommend them.

I am not sure if these people just got new employees and offloaded all of the good ones to get this high of reviews but they are absolutely terrible. Not only do they take as long as possible to do any sort of basic job, their workers drink on the job while operating heavy machinery and we have found several beer bottles on cars within the complex that were from the construction workers. Lack of respect and care for anyone, and they have actually broken several laws by starting construction at 6am when it has to be at least 7-8 in lee county. They definitely let you know they are right outside your window by screaming at each other at 6am and having no respect for peoples sleep or sanity. I stress, USE ANYONE OTHER THAN THEM.
