First Watch, Clermont FL

Great food. The customer service was outstanding. Not a long wait. Just what my family needed after a very difficult morning.

Miguel was our server and he was amazing being extremely thorough when explaining and even giving some great recommendations! We got the Seoul hash and the steak and bacon breakfast burrito and it was incredible!

We visited on a busy Saturday morning. The wait staff was excellent all the way from the greaters to table service. The decor is cool and friendly. Don't expected a quiet conversation as the acuistics and design of the building make it loud in the dining area. We had a pleasant visit.

The carrot cake pancake is fabulous and the real make syrup is worth the cost. One flapjack is enough to satisfy!

The food is really good quality here. There are lots of healthy options available as well as gluten free or vegetarian. The service was very good. The only negative is the restaurant has a high ceiling so it can get a little loud. I will definitely be back.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the food! Clean restaurant! Food is delicious! Their pumpkin pancake meal should have 2 pancakes instead of just one for the price they are asking. I would still highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was amazing. Both the Chickenchanga and Carrot Cake pancake were amazing. The Honey caramel crunch ice coffee as well.
Our Sever MIGUEL was great, very friendly and took great care of us.
Definitely a new favorite breakfast spot for me.

It's not as good as I remember. I was seated right away and had plenty of time to study the menu. Finally, the server arrived, and I ordered beverage and food together. He brought the beverage with a small wait. About 10 minutes later, a runner brought the food, placed it on the table, and quickly went away. I ordered the Tri-Fecta, which included 2 strips of bacon, 2 eggs, and a Belgian Waffle. I asked for crisp bacon and scrambled eggs. I received limp, flavorless, paper-thin stips of something that resembled the shape of bacon. The eggs rivaled the strips for the least flavor on the plate. I worked my through them and was still waiting for syrup to be brought to the table. I had to ask the seater to let my server know. Another server from another section brought it for me. By this time, the waffle was cold. I did spread the butter right way so it could melt. Unfortunately, it did not melt. I tried to cut the waffle, but it was like soft rubber in texture. This battered mess was missing all the qualities of a true "Bel-Gem" or Brussel's Waffle.
My server did finally arrive to hand me the bill, oh, and ask how everything was. Well, it was not worth $20, and I know to go to Waffle House next time I have that craving.

This place is loud. No sound deadening at all. Busy, but sat soon enough. Food took a little long, but ok. Missing food items, asked, and someone said they would get it and didn't. I tried to flag down anyone since the waitress was off to other tables. Finally got all the items and the food was above average. Couldn't get a check upon completion. Waitress was just not attentive. Maybe short staffed?

Very expensive for mediocre brunch! I feel like it's gotten worse over the years. Quality has gone down. Not a terrible place to eat though but any means just doesn't feel as good as it used to.

Went here for brunch and found a piece of hair in both my entree and my moms. Our waiter was no where to be found and then when she finally came by she said there is no way to prove that it wasn’t our hair and there was nothing they could do for us. Very disappointed.

This is one of my favorite spots. However, in recent visits the food has been inconsistent.came for a later breakfast today with some family from out of town.it’s the weekend so totally get waiting to be sat.but then you wait to order and then wait on the food.typical yes, but 3 of the meals came out burnt.including bacon and waffles and one plate of eggs. The other the whites of the eggs are running out like they’re water/raw.waitress notices burnt to a crisp bacon and eggs. New bacon comes out, literally raw on the plate.very disappointed. I had to phone the store from inside the restaurant for assistance.and the meal was comped, but I don’t want to see this place go down.maybe don’t overly saturate the kitchen and seat more guests than you’re equipped to handle.the manager did comp our items and I hate to complain but our server wanted these concerns noted. As the staff as well are feeling the brunt of this.

What a great spot. We must have arrived at the perfect moment. Just as we were trying to decide if we were going to leave and go someplace else, they called us. I think we only waited 10 minutes even though the place was packed. They did a great job of getting people seated.

Food was great! Service was excellent. Such nice staff.

But. Please.change your 'bring your dog policy'. The last thing anyone wants is some unkept, unwashed, nasty dog that looks like it's been living on the street for a year, barking at people for 30 straight minutes while we are eating.

There is a time and place to take your dog out, but there is no reason in the world to let people bring their dogs inside a restaurant to bother other people.

(And it wasn't a service dog)

First Watch Clermont is the best. The food is amazing. Always ask for Rachel…she’s awesome!

Great food, great service, lots of parking at this location.
The Winter Garden location has limited parking.
As always, delicious food. Great coffee.
