First Watch reviews
19The good was great. Waitress was super. The wait was long to be seated, but the place is good so that’s expected.
Good, consistent food. I have been to several locations in town, and they are spot on for their signature breakfast dishes. In my humble opinion, the coffee could use a boost up in its taste, but everything else I have ever had is quality eating.
Someone needs to get innovative with their limited seating and long lines of impatient and disrespectful self centered customers.
You'll also find that going alone for breakfast you'll still end up waiting hours before being seated. Foods good but you'll continue to love profit and customers by not addressing those obstacles
The triffecta belgian waffle, eggs, and bacon with whipped cream and strawberries is wonderful! But if you also add coffee, The cost is $21. Wow!
Three visits and the food and sevice were all so good. I found a favorite! The lemon ricotta pancakes brought joy to my taste buds and the service is fantastic!
The food is very fresh and tasty. They had oatmilk, which I had with my coffee. The coffee was also good. I really like the juice morning meditation, it was delicious if you like ginger.and freahly made.
Had a long layover at MCO and was able to swing to this location for a breakfast with some local friends before heading back to the airport. Wait was about 40 minutes for a party of 5 on a Sunday - so as expected. Once seated, from time of ordering to time of getting the order was maybe 10-15 minutes. Like most all First Watch locations, food was fresh and well made. Sure beat sitting around at MCO and the overall experience at this location was first rate!
Went here to have brunch before returning home, and it was delicious. Our server was very kind as well! (IM SORRY I DONT REMEMBER HER NAME)
The atmosphere is nice, the service was good. I got a turkey sandwich and pecan salad and the sandwich bread was a little mushy but other than that it wad good. The pomegranate pear juice is yummy.
They sat me at a table in a corner and never even came back to my table. Two waiters walked by me. The tall blonde waiter with long hair even went to the couple next to me to give them their check and said nothing. The couple looked over at me and was shocked. Walked back to the front desk and gave them back the menu. Told him no one ever came to my table and he didn't do anything. I walked out. It wasn't busy so it's inexcusable.
I would give 0 stars if I could, this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The managers will literally hang up on you over the phone if you have a problem with your order, I had to drive to the store and speak to them face to face and still had no resolution. Terrible
I love I love this place everything is divine the only thing is that in some locations the bathrooms are dirty
This place is 10/10 awesome food atmosphere and customer service. The only issue is 90% of the time they give no utensils on to-go orders. Other than that I love this place
Cinnamon Toast Cereal Milk is AMAZING! Cannot recommend enough. Very busy, but the food was worth the wait!
Madison and Catie above and beyond. Great new food ideas. Janet came and introduced herself to us. Several people chatted with us.
Food was good. If you want it fresh hot, ask the server to bring it the plates as soon as its done and to not wait for the other plates
Bacado! This an excellent stop! Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Service was amazing from the time we entered the door.
It gets very busy, but food was great and friendly service. We had some people coming over to visit and the server even took their order in Spanish. Super nice, made us feel at home.
Ghetto atmosphere bad service had to seat my self asked eggs to be cooked medium and came out runny and slimy asked for French toast no powdered sugar came doused it bacon was cold limp and greasy signaled for the waitress but ignored me after several attempts so I decided to leave and they wanted to charge me for the food that I didn’t touch. I’d eat at Denny’s instead of here that’s for sure
