First Watch - Waterford Lakes, Orlando FL

Been here a few times, they're extremely busy some days, typically weekends which can be bothersome. Food is usually very high quality. My wife loves it and rest of family does as well. Only reason for the three star for food is I ordered the steak and egg burrito on their special menu and it was more of an egg burrito than anything else, had a total of three very small pieces of steak in the entire burrito which was quite large. I wasn't expecting a sirloin in there but I get more steak in a tacobell quesadilla than was in this. Flavor was on point and everyone else loved theirs but was just a little disappointed expecting something more akin to a steak and egg breakfast than what seemed to amount to a few pieces of steak fell onto the shell while they were folding it up.

The food and service here are both top notch. It's really impressive with how busy they are. I always check in online so I don't have to wait as long for a table

I have eaten at many First Watch locations. This one is great. Service was very warm and our friendly server gave great recommendations. Cashier (attractive redhead) was super friendly. All food was plated beautifully. We tried the LTO steak burrito. It was massive and delicious. All items were picture worthy. Definitely recommend.

I frequently go to the restaurant with my son and I always see the same thing: the place in general is really dirty and messy, especially the bathroom area, which is really dirty no matter how early it is. I have spoken with the employees and even the manager and I do not see any sincere interest in improving the situation. Regarding the food, it is good but a little expensive and I think it does not compensate for the customer service and how dirty the place is.

This was the second time our server Tamra took our orders wrong. We were 2 and just ordered 3 things. First, she forgot our pancake order. She brought it when we reminded and it was when we finished our breakfast.

And of course it was wrong! We asked her what type of pancake it was, she told us a different thing than we ordered. She had confirmed our pancake order when we first gave our orders. After like 10 min, she brought us back the same pancake saying that it was correct and the pancake was ripped open by hand. So, she wanted to serve us a cold pancake way after we finished our breakfast. She never offered us to make a new order, she just served us a cold pancake which was touched by someone’s hand. Isn’t it against the food safety regulations?

Also, the portions got significantly smaller than our last visit.

Will never ever be back!

My food took to long and it wasn't hot. The waitress never checked on us or refill coffee until we were almost finished. 2nd time there I won't be returning

I guess you just have an automated message you don't read reviews. Now I really won't be return ing horrible way to do business.
Buyer beware.

The food sat in the window and drinks were wrong. Also the temperature of the burgers were way off. A friend ordered a Med-Well burger and got Rare that also sat in the service window until the bread was almost hard.

Eating healthy choices comes to mind. Freshly made breakfast, have not tried going in for lunch. Service and staff are excellent everytime.

Fantastic and friendly atmosphere. Generous portions with a health conscious tendency. It's a great place to meet with friends!

The new fall menu has lots of yummy options, in addition to the standard menu. I'd love to see some low carb seasonal specials.

As I am sitting here for 6 minutes I had to go to front and request a waiter because no one had come to our table, still after that it took 4 minutes for a waiter that got a full opinion on how we have been waiting, he was apologetic. Why I didnt leave because we are hungry and love this place, which we come once a month sometimes twice. Did management come to apologize? No because I bet they weren't informed. Next time this happend I will talk to management and leave place and go to Lee Vista.

First Watch offers an exceptional breakfast experience. The menu is diverse, and I savored the avacodoe toast with smoked salmon on the side. The wait can be extreme so I suggest using the app to make your "suggested" reservation. Also parking is tight. However, the service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. The cozy ambiance, filled with natural light, made for a delightful morning. I'll be returning for more delicious breakfasts!

The staff were fantastic and accommodating for our party of 7. The food was great and we will be back more regularly.

Food is really good and well made, but when I called about a job position here. The lady was kinda rude about it and cut me off

This is the second times you guys messed up my takeout orders. I like this place but c’mon man.

Food and service were exceptional, not a place to have a conversationon the weekend it was very loud, during the week it was more reasonable.
The healthy variety was outstanding and the drink selection was top notch. Looking forward to another visit soon
