28Staff was wonderful and friendly. It's just the food here is very average. Second time I"ve been and wanted to give it a second try but it's just not real flavorful and anything to remember. Not bad just average. Many other breakfast/lunch places that have a much better product. Since their focus is health that may be why the food is a little off.
Horrible service. Was greeted by our server Sydney.she never introduced herself, we saw it on the receipt. She was kinda pushy at first to get our order, we then waited for 30 minutes for our food and she never once came up to our table to apologize for the wait. Never even apologized after dropping the food off and dropped our bill off without saying a word and walked away. Not too happy with this experience and probably won't be coming back to this location.
The food is decent, but pricey compared to similar plates at my local cafe up the street. The service is hit or miss, some days it's spot on others, it's like pulling teeth to get something. The No wait app used to get in line is complete trash, in that it is confusing, mostly wrong, and all together useless. They should dump it all together.
Excellent food and service. Highly recommend. Had the works omelet with potatoes and toast was great.
Food ok, but over priced. Omelet small & with odd proportions of ingredients. Got the impression our waiter was training - could see he was working hard, but he was a bit slow. My usual peeve w/ the newly redesigned First Watched - difficulty hearing due to echo/noise - is worse at this one than others. With new decor being harder objects (wood, metal, no prints on canvas) this place needs noise abatement.

Never disappoints. Very clean, great service and broad menu. We have stopped trying breakfast places because they never beat the price and food of first watch. Highly recommend!
