First Flight is very responsive to our requests. The nurse Rebecca takes her time taking care of my dad.

We got off on a rocky start, but all seems to be flowing well now. The caretaker we have today is fabulous. She sees what needs to be done and she does it without constant cues. Management is caring, and make sure their clients are happy with the caretakers they send out!

We have had a wonderful experience with our care takers, especially Shenique. She is very caring and goes above and beyond to make my dad have a great day. She even would find Italian movies to watch with him. She is like family.

It has been my pleasant experience of having the wonderful care provided from first light. They are office personnel, and home health aides have enhanced my illness experience.

They are AMAZING. My dad's aid has helped the whole family. She understands my parents have never had help before and she has adapted and blended into the background, taking care of what she knows they can no longer do and not taking my dad's dementia-related outbursts. She remembers things like he shouldn't cross his legs when sitting, and is on it, constantly. She really does treat him like she would her own loved one. Caring for a loved one with dementia is especially hard, and without her I don't think we could keep dad at home where everyone wants him. Thank you for what you do.

FirstLight Home Care CNAs assisted us for what turned out to be the last 4 months of my mother's life. First Light was on a general list of resources from Hospice (I had her enrolled in hospice at home) and First Light was the first to return my call even though not the first agency I called. Overall the CNAs arrived on time and kept the attention and eyes on my mom.

Minor glitches in scheduling yet nothing ongoing. Glitches always seem worse on little sleep and stress of getting to my appointment on time (which is why coverage was needed!). I was never late to my own appointments. Any issues were communicated to the office staff, and were handled, and did not recur.

We did cycle through different CNAs who only came once, and in a short time settled into about 3 CNAs that seemed to be assigned regularly to the 2 four hour shifts we scheduled for Thursday morning and Saturday afternoon. The consistency was comforting to both mom and me.

If I ever have need of CNA visits for myself, I would for sure contact First Light Home Care to assist.

We have been using Nicki primarily to assist our sister for evening and bedtime care. She has been excellent and her care has givens us confidence as to Marilyn's safety.

When my husband was terminally ill with cancer I needed help 24/7 to be able to care for him at home. FirstLight's caregivers met that need with compassion, cheerfulness and efficiency. There were several different people who came in that role but the ones who stand out in particular are Schenique (daytime) and Rosa (at night). The owner, Mark, and his office coordinators worked hard to make sure that I always had someone from FirstLight at the house in spite of scheduling problems which sometimes occurred. I would definitely recommend FirstLight to others who are looking for caregiver services.
