I wanted to praise Tina Burgs at Mirabella complex. As a home owner, I reached out with an issue. She provided me with the appropriate contact information immediately. My issue has been on-going, but Tina has been attentive, polite and efficient in her communication in helping find a resolution in this matter. I appreciate the time, effort and care behind her role here at Mirabella. Thank you Tina!

Working with our new HOA and First Services has been a pleasure due to the knowledge and work of Terri Fawcett of First Services Residential South. Terri is very quick to respond to our inquires and has made our transition to Summer Bay at Grand Oaks easy and pleasurable. We are very happy with Terri and First Services Residential.

I recently held a Sip & Paint event at Del Webb in Wildlight, Yulee Fl. I worked closely with Amber Artibani to make sure the event went smoothly. Amber and her staff were Amazing! Very responsive with their communication and they made sure everyone had everything they needed. I am definitely looking forward to working with them again in November! Great Job Amber and her team!

I have been living in Summerfield for 4 years now and First Service has been fantastic about handling everything in the community. Over the years, if I needed information or help around my property, Terri Fawcett was there to respond quickly and answered everything I needed assistance with. She has been phenomenal in helping me out. Especially since I have been a new homeowner and didn't know everything I needed to do to make sure all was in order. Thank you very much Terri!

We were blessed to work closely with Terri Fawcett on an emergency electrical issue at a one of the properties they manage. It was really refreshing to see how much they cared for the tenants effected by the power outage. Together, we were able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. Overall great experience.

It’s blistering hot, I’m just home from having outpatient knee replacement surgery and my A/C isn’t working. What did I do? I called Mason who was offsite today and he called Chris and they identified the problem and did a “work around” to give me A/C through the night. Chris stayed after working hours to ensure my comfort. Mason called from home to assist Chris and later called me make sure I was okay. They went above and beyond to help me at a time when I was as vulnerable as I have ever been.

We are a local small business and have had the pleasure of setting of our Charcuterie Workshops at the wonderful Del Webb Community in Wildlight. It was such a pleasure to work with the incredibly kind and welcoming staff at Del Webb Wildlight: Amber, Jasmyne, and Sabrina, as well as, the residents. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. We look forward to our future collaborations!

We've lived in the community for almost 2 years and have quite satisfied with just about everything. However, since Nikki Courterier came as the Lifestyle Director things have improved dramatically! We have many more fun activities and she has been very effective getting the various social groups to interact with each other. Great hire!

Sabrina Musselwhite in the Del Webb Wildlight Community should be commended for her diligence, professionalism and kind heartedness.

Sabrina is the Front Desk Associate for the community. She always a smile on her face and cheerful attitude whenever you come in activities center.

Sabrina has the residents’ interest at heart making sure everyone is aware of the community activities and encouraging people to sign up and become involved.

Sabrina tries to cater to all of the resident’s particular needs and wants. If she doesn’t have the answer to a question, she will direct you to the appropriate person or find out the answer.

In closing the best way to describe Sabrina is an event that occurred a week after I moved in.

The community had a “boil. ” I signed up for the event, but had to leave before food service as I was having a TV installed in my villa.

Sabrina at the end of the “boil” brought me a plate of food at my villa while I was finishing up with the TV installer.

There aren’t many people out there who would do that. It says a lot about Sabrina.

Our amenities center has been very well maintained by Jay and his team. We always see them cleaning the pool and cooling the water during the hot summer days. Thank you guys for your hard work.
