Like took care of everyone kinda service. We had Fried Conch for the first time.

This place is awesome.the service is phenomenal.the food was top notch and the atmosphere was very laid back.don't sleep on this place. Delicious

Boyfriend and I got off a random exit on the way home from a trip, and found this gem! Friendly vibe in a cute plaza.

You can’t beat fresh, delicious seafood at this price. We had the lobster bisque, shrimp Caesar wrap (didn’t skimp on the shrimp - much appreciated!), and a grouper sandwich. Out all 3 dishes, I’d highly recommend at least trying the lobster bisque. It was creamy with a rich tomato base which we absolutely loved. All 3 dishes were great though! We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next road trip.

Second Best Cracked Conch (Calypso Restaurant) first. Overall great meal, great staff, support local restaurant’s.

We’re not in Pompano Beach enough, yet.

But when we are here, we always make a point to eat at the Fish Shack in Lighthouse Point. Once again, they exceeded our expectation for exceptional service and food. Their lobster bisque is second to none, and the oysters were fresh and flavorful.

Best blackened scallops in the area. Literally went there for lunch and debated going back there for dinner.

Portions got smaller but prices higher. Fried fish, mostly breading. WANT TO PAY ABOUT 25 DOLLARS FOR A SMALL 7OZ PORTION OF TASTELESS FISH THEN COME HERE. PRICES INCLUDES TAX HAD HOGFISH A MILD TASTELSS FISH. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!

Great fresh seafood in a casual dining atmosphere. Excellent service and always a friendly smile. Highly recommend.

Don't let the fact that this place is in a strip mall fool you. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. They had some of the best crab cakes I've ever had. They have daily fresh catches and everything was delicious. Not very fancy but the food was great.

Best fish spot in town, I can go on forever about every detail of dining here, but I'll just leave it at go see for yourself.

I absolutely loved stumbling upon this gem that helped reignite my love for fresh fish… This cozy little diner with excellent service and a staff that treats customers like family is certainly worth the visit! I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area without a doubt.

Update: I’m back… and once again, the Fish Shack never disappoints! ️️️️️

We have lived in the local area for 3 years and just randomly stumbled upon the Fish Shack last night. What a surprise. We had the best experience. The staff were ALL outstanding and understand the menu and as a couple new to the restaurant made some great suggestions. We met several of the locals who dine there regularly and were all super nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was outrageous and all very reasonable to the wallet. This is a well run restaurant and we cannot wait until we visit again.

Love this place. Best fish you can not get fresher. They even will cook what you caught. Be careful not open everyday.

We took our own catch, dolphin. They cooked wonderfully. The ladies were very attentive at the bar.
