Fishbein Orthodontics, Pace FL

After being blindsided by an email confirmation appointed. I called today to see where the appointment location was, and procedure. I was asked (while preparing dinner) to come in asap to get the procedure done and return in the afternoon. We then sat in the car for thrity minutes, to learn that we were unable to be seen due to the message not being relayed to their office. Please change your process for direct contact with the appointed office. This is a major inconvenience.

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. Let me first acknowledge that this company does excel in great customer service however, the quality of work by far is mediocre. I came here to this office to get braces and well due to COVID19 it prolonged my treatment but I was still liking the outcome of it. I only needed very little work done because this was my second time getting braces. The problem that I experienced was the permanent retainer, I told the doctor on my initial office visit I was willing to pay more of both a top and bottom permanent retainer. The dental assistant who worked on me that day was honestly a great guy but the work he did was something I expected from a 1st-year college student. I could see the struggle and of course, feel the difficulty he had removing my braces and also adding my permanent retainer. Let me tell you, this company stole $650 from me. The permanent retainer on the bottom fell out the same day within the hour of leaving the office and on top of that, the permanent retainer on the top was only bounded using two of my front teeth. The permanent retainer itself when it was on for that first hour, felt like 4 mini-large speed bumps grinding against my tongue. The previous permanent retainer I had from when I had braces the first time felt smooth it was like a coat of glue that felt apart of the tooth and was not bothersome. This one was like no joke patches of thick bumps of glues, even the doctor who checked the work was confused but rocked with it and I could tell was not happy, it was more body energy. She tried to comfort me by saying "He sure did leave you spacing to floss deep in between those teeth". During that whole visit, I was quiet and very disappointed that I paid $650 for this terrible work. I told the office about it and they offered to reschedule me to go back another time that same day when I picked up my clear removable retainers, but I did not have the time I did set a date which was an inconvenience for me due to having to leave the following day for a month for military training in Fort Knox. Anyways I finally came back and asked to reschedule and they saw in their own notes that the permanent retainer had fallen out and I had canceled the appointment for two things, I needed to take care of my military obligations and I was scared I was going to get another student employee to handle the work, the work I specifically paid extra to get done. However, when I called today about 20 minutes ago a guy named Garrett said they could do it for an additional charge which would be $60 per tooth and also get another clear retainer for the bottom for $200.00 I told him no because that is just ridiculous that I have to pay for the terrible job that was done in the first place. He tried to say it was my fault? And that this is common, common to have the retainer fall out? Like seriously, what a joke. Why should I have to pay additional funds for more mediocre work? So please take this advice and think real hard before you come here.

I would definitely recommend Fishbein to anyone. My daughter had braces prior to moving to Florida. I wasn’t able to get anyone to touch her. Called Fishbein, they got her in right away! With the help of my insurance and them not charging me to take her current braces off and put on a brand new set. Best of all I had absolutely no out of pocket cost

This place has been quite an adventure. In other words, I was supposed to have my braces on for 6 months and it has expanded over into almost over 2 years. Not only have they given me multiple retainers, the teeth still aren’t fixed and i’m going back in them. I called up today to the pensacola office for my concerns and spoke with a male at the front desk (who has zero people skills whatsoever) and he made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal as if it wasn’t to me. I’ve spent so much time and money on my my teeth i want nothing but perfection from this place. Do i get it?

Staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very professional and there was hardly no wait time. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing of a practice this is. We have been so beyond pleased with the care, communication and ease of everything from scheduling to payments. We will use Fishbein for all 4 of our children without question.

We love Dr Sarah, Dr Ben and the entire team. They’re always so clean and orderly and extra friendly! My daughter looks forward to coming, even with her expander in, because they make it such a fun experience! Thanks Fishbein!

The atmosphere there as wonderful. I was in and out very quickly. Took 30 minutes to get a set of braces. Everyone was super nice! They have payment plans if anyone was curious! Definitely worth going here.

My daughter had her first braces and the staff were patient with her, took their time to explain what needed to be done and her teeth are looking better eventhough she is continuing treatment. Now she can smile again.

I brought my daughter to the Pace office today for a consultation after only making the appt this past Friday. I definitely did not expect to be seen so quickly since most places are booked out for months. We only filled out a little paperwork because they did the leg work and contacted her primary dentist for insurance info. Little did I know, we would be walking out an hour and a half after our appt time with a full set of braces and the directions and tools to take care of them. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. I am someone that has little patience so to be in and out so quickly was a dream. We are extremely satisfied and will absolutely be recommending them to any others that have orthodontic needs!

Great place, flexible with schedules, helpful with insurance and payments, and overall nice caring people.

Everyone at Fishbein has always been wonderful. We just completed one child and have two more going in now. We would not trust anyone else. They are the most trust worthy in the area! We appreciate everything they do.

Excellent customer service from the time I called to inquire about getting braces. The lady scheduled me a same day free consultation within 30 minutes and sent me all the contact and appt.details through text. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Molly which was very helpful and she had me filling out paperwork right away. After filing out my paperwork, all the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my X-rays done, mouth images, informing me of what my options, etc. Reese had amazing customer service with providing me flexible payment options and giving me all the promotions and discounts that I qualified for along with my insurance coverage. She also told me that I could get my braces done the same day I went in to get my consultation which was very satisfying and shocking at the same time. That is how great their service is. Lastly, the lady that put on my braces was excellent and very proficient in what she does. I had no complaints from start to finish. The process was not invasive at all or painful. In addition, they offer great in house payment plan options to fit you. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking braces/Invisalign.

Dr. Sarah is a doll and a great Orthodontist. You can see she really cares about her patients and will even give you general dentistry advice. You can tell she has your best intentions at heart. Great staff and pleasant experience so far!

Fishbein Orthodontics is fantastic! I have three children that are treated by Fishbein and its wonderful associates. (Holly, Lylie, and Kurtis) They have always received quality care by knowledgeable people. Dr. Sarah Howle is great with children and makes sure each patient is taken care of in a timely manner and she is very professional. Her and her associates are always smiling, they have a great attitude and they act happy to be at their job! Also the atmosphere at Fishbein is always clean, smelling wonderful and an all around comfortable environment. Somehow they always know parents need there coffee break and the kids their, Dippin Dots. Win-Win- Parents happy and their children happy. From the initial first visit to the continuance of care, its all so easy and affordable! I would refer Fishbein to anyone that needed orthodontic treatment. Came in for our free consult and all of the staff was so sweet and explained everything throughout the entire process. They made my daughter feel at ease and addressed all of her concerns. Was able to get her braces the exact same day. Treatment Coordinator was awesome and set us up with a VERY affordable plan! In the end my daughter was excited to finally get her teeth fixed and her confidence was boosted before she starts middle school. I am beyond pleased with our experience at Fishbein in Pace!
