FishHawk Ranch Hoa, Lithia FL

The Fishhawk HOA is incompetent and should not remain in charge of the community. Fishhawk is a great community besides the HOA.

I have lived in FH over fourteen years this is the worst HOA. We have a lawn maintenance company and spraying company that comes every week. We live in an established older section of FH where the Oak trees they planted are taking over spots in our yard and they are requesting we plant grass. We have tried it will not work. At some point it becomes harassment. Couple of months ago it was our mailbox which worked and looked fine we painted and put new numbers on it but they said it was crooked. Ended up paying 500.00 just to not deal with it. We have a yard maintenance company and they have told us grass can not grow in the two spots they have issues with. I did have mulch put down in those spots. Just very frustrating I get wanting it to look nice which we encourage but this is just too much. CAT (no real name) is the inspector and she will find things wrong with your property. I get the community looking nice but educate yourself on Oak trees and where grass can thrive?

My backyard is a real mess. The pipes are uncovered, non existent grass, saws rats get into the shutter drain duct.this will be reported to the County Healht Departament if not fixed during the next week.
