Highly recommend! Great customer service and great variety for all your running needs. Jimmy was awesome! Great knowledge about the shoes and took the time to use machine to get accurate reading for my feet.

I am the clinic Director at RunLab, a local sports medicine facility that treats injured runners, and the staff at Fit2Run has been incredible to work with. In particular the manager, Colten, has gone above and beyond to help fit my patients in the best shoes possible for them. As a medical professional, It’s frustratingly difficult to find stores that you can trust and develop a relationship with to ensure athletes are getting fitted with the correct shoe. Too often, I’ve had to deal with employees at other stores that take a cookie cutter approach. At Fit2Run St. Pete. I know what I’m getting when I send my patients there. Despite being a 30+ minute drive from our facility, I feel comfortable sending my patients there—knowing that they will have a much better experience than they would elsewhere.

Good place for fresh running shoes. They have a good selection of active clothing per season. Fit2Run often has the most savings and promotions on the holliday's.
Their insoles are Excellent, and imo are the best part of the shoe selection.

The store is well-kept and well-stocked. I bought a pair of Goodr sunglasses. These are inexpensive, polarized and have a modern look. Thanks to Jackson and the store manager (?), who were helpful and attentive.

I checked to see if they carry Oofos slides since I walk a lot and go through them fast. Usually I buy them on Amazon. However, the price is the same here. I can't recommend Oofos enough if you have foot problems like plantar fasciitis from walking or running. They will change your life. Try them on. If you're not picky about looks, just get the regular OOahhs. You'll notice the difference right away, even compared to other good well-engineered sandals like Reef's Ortho series.

Fit2Run is a local chain based in Bradenton. If you're downtown it's worth taking the time to find it tucked away in what appears to be an old house next to the Sundial shopping center. It's a short walk from more expensive stores on Beach Drive.

I've purchased a numerous amount of shoes from Fit2Run in Tampa over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. Purchased an onCloud shoe online for pick up at this location for the first time and boy what a terrible experience. Received email notification that my shoes were ready for pickup. Proceeded to the store two days later, only to be told that the shoe was not ready nor was the person there who could assist me. Was offered to opportunity to purchase the shoe while in the store and did just that. In fact, I purchased two pairs. Then was told to call back Monday to have the original pick-up order cancelled. After calling 3 times, and being told, the person who could cancel the order was not there, and to call back in the am hours. Finally got a hold of Benny who told me very bluntly, he could not cancel my order via the phone, and I would have to come in to cancel it. What? Classic case of the employees and the "manager" not being on the same page. I have the email, with the order number etc, and still could not cancel the order. I've purchased from many shoe stores in my life and never had such an issue or hassle cancelling an order that I no longer needed. So, I will have to go into the store to get this processed after all, defeating the original in store purchase. It appears if you want to be made whole and get your refund, you have to jump through hoops at this store in order to make it happen. I will never shop at this location again!

Morale of the story, I strongly recommend Fit2Run in Tampa or any location but this one. Besides, the parking is terrible! I stay in St. Pete and will simply drive past this store to the one where I always had pleasant experiences. Just not worth the hassle or frustrations.

Daniel helped me today. He was patient, well informed regarding the types of shoes fit2run offered. It was very busy at the store today and he was asked to help at the check out desk a few times. Daniel always promptly checked on me, graciously continued to pull shoes from the back and helped me put them on! This was my first visit ever to this store and Daniel helped to ensure it was great. The Discount tables out front were fantastic! Thanks fit2run, I will be back for more:)

Colton is one of the best employees this company has. As a manager he is very calm and solution focused. He is knowledgeable is terms of shoe selection and was able to cater to my orthotic needs all while doing it with a smile on his face. He very respectfully was able to help me identify my issue and fix it. Thank you Colton. I am very happy with my purchase and his service.

I do not recommend supporting this business if you are a POC. You will be ignored for 15 minutes (when the store is not even busy) then when you finally do get someone to help you they will treat you like you’re an inconvenience. The only reason I was even finally acknowledged is because another customer noticed how long I had been waiting and asked the employee to please help me. I don’t take it lightly when I say a business is discriminatory but I definitely felt it here. I won’t be back.

Conveniently located downtown St. Pete. Clean & well organized store. Consistent, high quality, fast customer service every visit. Knowledgeable representatives helping to make a right decision about the merchandise.

I walked in there and said "wow, what a fantastic-looking running store this is" and I've seen a lot of fantastic-looking stores, that I can tell you. Clean and very organized. Selection was a huge, abundant. Knowing very little about running shoes, and I know plenty about everything else, Colten (Tremendous Store Manager!) and his team are very knowledgeable.most knowledgeable amongst many I've come across in the area. Incredible. Walked away with a pair of New Balance More V4. American products, I love it bigly. What a tremendous experience, that I can tell you.

Horrible customer service. Multiple people were ignored while 8 employees hung out in the back. They knew nothing about the brands or where the products were located in the store: we spent over $1500 and the employees made this place feel like a one star shop. Horrible service and young employees who knew nothing about customer service or the products they sell. The manager held all employees in the back ignoring all customers out front. I normally never write reviews but this experience was definitely one to tell.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I worked with Desi I think he’s the store manager. He walked me through the whole process and I felt like I was really engaged the whole time. I walked out in a pair of glycerin GTS 20s and they feel amazing I’ve never had a shoe that was quite like this! I’m definitely coming back here for all of my running shoes!
