Great food, great service, always very happy with the meals here. I have tried other meal prep companies and this is by far the best.

I ordered food from them ans they give you a 9 hour window for delivery and the food is only supposed to keep good for 3 hrs. They do not inform you of any of this.

I have used other meal delivery services in the past, but have much preferred fitlife! The fact that you can pickup the meals from an in store location makes the meal seem much fresher and also way less packaging waste. I also like how they offer various portion sizes. The place is very clean and the staff is awesome, especially Gabby!

The Dr. Philips Fitlife Foods location is amazing. I love the food choices and quality.
Salma is so attentive, friendly and helpful. Every time I visit and she is working, not only does she assist me but I feel like I am visiting an old friend.

First time trying a meal prep and it was delicious! Was able to pick up a variety of items breakfast and dinner. I will definitely be ordering more.

If you are a busy professional and looking for Meal prep for you- best place in town. Love their snacks (great for sugar craving and yet very healthy!)
Shrimp Diavolo and Steak fajita bowl are my favorite. I love the macros and other nutritional details to know exactly what I am putting in my body.

I have been a customer of Fitlife Foods for over a year. Their prepared meals have been consistently great. They have an extensive menu in which to choose from. There is absolutely something there for all dietary needs. Nutritional information is clearly marked and all meals can be ready to serve in under two minutes. I would also like to mention that their service is exceptional. When I visit their store location, I am always greeted with a warm welcome. I would also like to acknowledge, Gabby, who generally takes my order and has it ready when I arrive at the store. Her courtesy is exceptional and she is very knowledgeable regarding the product. This is indeed a five star meal service that provides excellent and nutritionally sound meals.

I love visiting this location! They always have my favorite meals and are absolute life savers for people who are constantly on the go or have incredibly busy schedules. The meals are DELICIOUS and healthy. Isaiah is so kind and incredibly attentive to any questions I have. Gabby is great too! She is the wellness coach there and creates great meal plans!

Ingredients for their meals are not available on the company's website. This doesn't make sense to me. As a home delivery subscriber, I should be able to see what is in the food I am ordering before I pay for and receive the food. Several meals I purchased had ingredients that I am sensitive to (but not necessarily allergic) and could not eat. I can't continue to order blindly hoping that I can eat what I order. Not a good way to do business.

UPDATE (In Response to Owner) : I am not having difficulty finding the meal ingredients; they are simply not available on the website. The nutritional guide is useless for this purpose as it only lists macros and major allergen info, not ingredient information. Still waiting for the "reach out". I look forward to it.
