I cannot express in words how grateful I am to have Jade as not only my personal trainer but a friend, some one i look up to, and life coach that has helped me in all aspects of my life. The work I have done with Jade has not only helped me with my fitness goals but also with everyday struggles in my job and personal life as well. She has helped me get to know my true self and hone in on exactly what i want for Myself and how to achieve it. If you are struggling to be healthy or lose weight or are just feeling lost at a point in your life I would recommend Jade a thousand times over. She is truly amazing and I’m so happy to have her as my coach.

THE BEST! I cannot recommend Jade enough to any and everybody. Shes easy to talk to, intelligent and gives her all to each session from training to nutrition and health/ lifestyle management. Ive learned a f-ton and the results speak for themselves. I went to her to help me start training after previous rotator cuff tear and a previous hip surgery involving two 9 inch screws that severely limited my mobility and ability to move and exercise in general. Not only did she help but It was one of the smartest moves Ive made in a long time. Not only am I back in the gym consistently (and enjoying it) but I’ve lost 45lbs, Im hitting personal records, putting on muscle mass and moving better and in ways I thought impossible for my situation. The sky is the truly the limit and Jade has guided me back to better health and fitness and life has only improved because of it. Thanks Jade!
