Awful. I’ve been coming here for years since I work here and it was that bad. However it’s gotten worse. It took forever to get an appointment and then when I finally attend I waited forever to be seen. Front desk staff seems lost and like they have no idea what they’re doing. I’ll be finding a new primary soon.

I have been a patient at this practice for about six years, and my time here has come to a close. At this practice, time is disregarded and needs are not met. Despite your best efforts, you will never be able to contact a doctor; but when you do, you will constantly feel like a number. Most importantly, some staff members feel that it's necessary to bully and belittle patients when the subject of disorganization is broached. I have trouble entrusting my health and well-being to nurses who enjoy wielding power and lording it over patients. Nurse Alejandra, also known as Alex, I implore you to do better and to treat others respectfully.

Terrible Customer service. I like my doctor but trying to get an appointment is like pulling teeth. Their Customer service is really rude.

Do never come to this clinic, Doctors only work one day in the week, customer service is the worst, normally 3 hours wait in call for someone to help you. My doctor made me do two tests and they never sent the order out to Quest. If I can rate them with -5 starts I will do it.

A staff member I would like to commend on her professionalism and expertise is Latoya. She has made our experience with Labs so pleasant.

Honestly, I wish I could give this place 5 stars for just the healthcare providers alone. Dr. Coronel is the best doctor, who actually listens to your concerns. Now for the front desk staff, I cannot say the same. Unprofessional, unorganized, and lost. Hangs up the phone in the middle of a conversation, three times! If my primary doctor didn't practice here, I would never come back.

Awful customer service at the front desk. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. They barely answer the phone, too.

I attended an appointment with the doctor Juana gynecologist, very kind, attentive. And I can say that the staff who treated me with courtesy and kindness! Thank you very much.
