First time visiting during a busy Christmas shopping lunch hour brought my daughter to spend her birthday money store was packed and a bit hectic couldn't tell who was working there from the customers

It's a bit of a drive from my house which normally I don't mind because usually they have what I need in stock this time all of the things I needed weren't there what show is online that they are. These are items I normally buy every few months I was hoping to get for Christmas presents for others but unfortunately they had no options for everything I wanted was out of stock.

First time shopping there, and I've got to say it was a pretty clean store. The employee was nice and friendly. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that some items do not have any prices on them nor on the bars they were hanging on.

Most items are under 5 dollars. Suprised to find a selection of shirts. Worth at least one walk thru. Only one human cashier, the rest self checkout lanes.

Was rudely told the restrooms were closed at 8: 30, by a lady who could clearly see I had a baby. I was tired and needed to go really bad, but 5 below cares much more about not having to clean a restroom again than simply being kind. The deal is, she could have said it nicer, but she used such a nasty tone. Do better.

Variety of items for the home and for exercise. Children's toys at a good price, paints and misc for arts and children's candy.

First time in the store n definitely won't be my last bcuz they have some cool awesome shii in there.

Awesome store, they have so much cool stuff and for super cheap, I got led lights and a rug for like 1/4 the price I could have anywhere else.

Workers are normally pretty friendly and the store has a nice wide selection of discounted products. Only downside is sometimes it can be very messy but considering 90% of their clientele is kids I think they do a pretty good job of tidying up when they can!

Messy, dumpy, website says that have items, only to get there and see that they don’t. For a relatively new store it is a mess.

The kids love it but there's so many items in there that are $5 and more that you can get at the Dollar Tree for $1.25

This store is clean and well organized. The 2 associates that helped me provided awesome customer service

Today we went into the store for the first time in 8 or 9 months and wow what a hange!
This place is a dump! It is nothing like it once was.it's now total chaos and disorganized.
This was once a great place to pick up movie candy and small little gifts for the kids but not so much now.

Needs more organization. Items here are clearly shoplifted as many things were missing pieces such as pins and jewelry.

The bathrooms are some of the worst and nastiest bathrooms I’ve ever stepped foot in. Disgusting.

Place is completely automated no cashiers and getting more expensive. Want me to do your job? Pay me!

Doesn't make sense where's $5+ things like not 6 or 7 bucks I'm talking about a good 27 bucks for a speaker it's horrible wouldn't go again
