This place is the reason I have no abs, but it's worth it.

The workers here are super friendly and patient, that combined with the greasy goodness that are their burgers and the spice of the Cajun fries is a recipe for sweet sweet satisfaction.

Rare to have a mistake on my order. But they quickly made it right and offered me a delicious strawberry milkshake! They have the greatest fries!

Still the best burgers and fries around. This time I also tried a chocolate milkshake. Can't say I enjoyed it, it's not the way I remember a chocolate milkshake should taste, but then again, it's been a while. But you can't beat those burgers and fries. My wife prefers hers without a bun and I enjoy a little bacon on my burger and we can always count on them being just perfect. It's why we keep coming back.

Fries have gotten half size they were one year ago, seven dollars for fries? Should be getting more than a medium size paper cup. They are potato, not gold. Food Stull good but portions are not a value at all for the price.

Love our local five guys! They are friendly and always get our order correct. As a wheelchair user I really appreciate the new remodel and all the accessable tables.

I was very disappointed in our visit with this Five Guys. I asked if the hamburger I wanted to order could be made w/o MUSHROOMS as I am deadly allergic to them. I was assured repeatedly that wouldn't be a problem. One bite into this not so inexpensive hamburger and I know they didn't make my order when I walked back up to the counter, while the hostesses are completely ignored their customers. Not a place worthy of the brand recognition of "The Five Guy's" franchise.

This Five Guys location on Town Center Avenue in Melbourne is a well managed Five Guys that has delicious burgers, fries, and more. They are efficient at getting everything together even with larger orders. The staff here is very friendly and does everything that you need to be done.

Stopped by a while back, burgers were ok, fries were good and plentiful but you really can't eat a half bag of fries, even if you wanted to they go cold.
Concentrate on making a better value burger, shouldn't be $100 plus for 3 adults and 3 kiddos.

You can't really go wrong with five guys. The food was as good as any other location and the staff were kind. My only complaint was the 25 minute wait that I wasn't warned of. I don't mind the wait, but they should tell you when you're paying, or better yet, before you order, if there's a bit of a wait.

Despite arriving scraggly minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, they hadn't even begun processing my order. Foods great, though.

5 guys was my go to burger place until I visited this branch. Rude, arrogant folks working behind the counter can't say hello or thank you, even after I tipped them. They were talking to their friends, but even when I said thanks, the guy laughed at me. Customer service definitely needs to be retrained. Lost my business for sure. Oh yeah, noone wears masks at all, be careful here.

Worst service ever at a restaurant. Called in a take out order of a hamburger and fries (no salt). Arrived to find Larry Moe and Curly running the store. Larry was taking an order from the only other customer in the store. Watched as he spent 15 minutes and then hand wrote the order since he could not operate the cash register. My order came up and Moe promptly dropped half a container of salt on the fries. Then Larry informed me I would have to wait while he tried to get the cash register to work. In the meantime 3 separate groups were told that orders could not be taken for at least 15 minutes. They all left. Not wanting heavily salted fries and cold food I left also after 25 minutes waiting.

Every time i come to five guys my cheese burger melts in my mouth and the fries are still hot and fresh.it's clean all the time. 1 thing i recommend is moving the nut because i have a peanut allergy most people actually do i would recommend moving it to the back so no one gets sick.but this still is a five star restaurant.
