Worse service ever and very expensive. Rude people. Took for ever to serve us. We were the only one there. The guy threw a scoop of fries in our bag's order just loose like that on top of our burgers.

Really good food. Made right in front of you and with plenty of options. The prices are higher than usual but the food makes up for that! Definitely a place to enjoy some dine in! Couldn't recommend it enough!

Food was fine, it’s pretty hard to mess up their menu. But the customer service was terrible. Every employee, including the cashier, acted as if I was inconveniencing them when I ordered. When I walked in, three employees just stared before someone from the back came up to take our order. Even when I was trying to pay, the cashier was on her phone behind the cash register.

The second they had a chance, they all ran to the back to socialize and be on their phones. The store was completely empty, not a single employee in sight.

Love 5 guys burgers and fries, but staff here were on the phones nonstop which caused them to have slow turn around on orders.

One of the more expensive "fast food", overall burgers are good howeverand staff was very friendly. Located on the 3rd floor across the cinema so a bit out of the way if you are trying to find it

Food is great as in every five guys. But this branch specifically always messes up the orders on doordash. Order a come and they will give you a diet coke. Order some fries and they will forget about them. Pay extra for bacon and you wont get it.

The chicken sandwich is extremely delicious, juicy, impressive, the bread is a delight, you really fall in love with eating it, I recommend it, it was my first experience and it will not be the last, the food was brought to me by a friend, so I did not know who owned the place. This was in Aventura Hollywood Mall Florida When I started eating I asked where did I get it? It's a delight And he told me It's Chef Guy's wow. Thank you really, thank you

The food was amazing, the employees not to much did not wanna talk to you, nothing was stocked had to literally beg the person that was there to read for the items because nothing was refilled and I went around 3: 00 in the afternoon on Saturday the food was amazing but the customer service not too much they didn't want to talk to you it's like you're bothering them because you're talking to them that's the only thing that was a turned off for me

Five guys does have good food. I had higher expectations with the burger, but as the fries are so good (especially cajun style) the deserve the 4 stars.

To me five guys is the best burger in town so simple yet so delicious. Sometimes I like to call my order ahead of time over the phone make sure you pick it quickly because the bread could get soggy if you wait too long to pick up your order. So if you order for pick up don’t don’t take longer than 15 minutes to pick up because the cook line is fast and good. Since this place is within 10 minutes from the beach Is great for beach food teak out. Thank you five guys you really make my day when I have one of your delicious burgers. I’m thank full for your dedication and amazing burgers and the free peanuts yum yum yum:)

The burger was fire. Except it was like 12 doll hairs with a drink. It was served fast. But it is in the mall so there are alot of children running around not as quiet for dinner.

They don't have many options for the non meat eater but the veggie sandwich works for me and the French fries are really good and they get sure that you get a lot of them.

5 guys us located inside the mall.easiest way to go to it is park in the parking garage and park on the 3rd floor there's a bridge that goes across it and as soon as you walk in there it is in the right.the food was cook perfectly. If you haven't tried the cajun fries do they are really good

I've stopped buying the French fries, because they're always limp and soggy. The burgers are overrated. However they do make a mean grill cheese sandwich.

It took me three tries to find a table that didnt wobble, and i had to take my leatherman out to fix the table. I was just desperate for a stable surface. Maybe thats a petty review, but i feel like its warrented in 2021 considering the status quo of table stability.

I been today at this location, I don't know if was right or wrong, happen the cashier (nice young lady) was nice and ready to help, service was good and nice, BUT the reason of 2 stars was the cleanest of the place, fries station was let's say plenty of fries on the floor, looks like they cut the staff, sorry but if you have a restaurant, cleaning it's one of the important, or the most important part in this kind of business. Ps, food was as always, Good.
