Five Guys, Boynton Beach FL

Fire! Went there for lunch and was a great experience even coming through the door. There's a guy cooking I believe if I'm not mistaken was Alex. He had to help take our order because they were tied up. Took my order and made my food so quick, awesome customer service! I been to a few 5guys but this one was different much more clean too. Recommended!

This place is amazing! The cashier Kim was so sweet and kind. Can’t forget the food, if only I could give it 10 stars.

Horrible customer service! From the cashier to the manager, to the person calling in the orders. Just terrible.

Food is always fantastic! Service was extremely slow this day and the dinning room was dirty.

Burger wasn’t seasoned enough, it was very Bland and soggy, cajun fries were perfect, Don’t know why online pick up doesn’t have a drink choice

I have been going out of my way to drive to this location in Boynton Beach for months. The burgers are so much better at this location, its worth it. It doesn't matter what time of day either. The food/service there is so consistently good/better, that I felt compelled to walk up to the manager and ask for his name (Alex), and commend and thank him.

The young man that took our order was very polite and that was the best part. My husbands burger was pink inside I pray he doesn’t get sick and they gave him the wrong milkshake it should’ve been strawberry it cost to much to get undercooked food.

We’ve been calling to try and place an order for the last 3o min and no one answers the phone lmao

Still the very best burger I have had in years. You pay for a very good freshly made hamburger and you get all the toppings you want for free. The fries are freshly cut from real potatoes and the serving is very generous. I've been to some of the other new ones, but the only thing that is better than five guys is the fact that their prices are higher if you want to call that better but I guess it is for them.

The 5 guys was on point. We went for the fries, I thought they were a tiny bit stingy on the large fries-the whole idea was to go there and split the fries. They were great any way. Forgot to get the Cajun seasoning-they had some on the side for us. Ended up getting a burger and a dog. Bacon on each. Messy as hell but this place in the only place that gives you enough napkins. I was happy and satisfied after having lunch there.

They drop fries on The bottom of your bag like it is some sort of trash. Why they even bother to put cups in the bag.

I didn't go to get pizza, I was at wing stop! It's next door. They were so busy so I'll order ahead next time. I love their potatoes, they're not like French fries, they have the skins and stay soft like a baked potato! I was a little disappointed that I got 4 drums and only 2 wings, my bad for going during their busiest time on Friday!

Mostly go here for the fries. They are addictive. Love that they brought the peanuts back.

As usual - friendly, to the point service, and really great food (don't forget to try the shakes, they are really good). In the meantime I am even known personally when ordering take out.

Took 30 min to get 2 burgers, the order came out wrong (a wrapped burger was wrong) and the soda was flat.

Not very healthy but the taste is amazing. You get so many fries for a low price and the shakes are great. Cheeseburgers are off the charts.

It's one thing to be under-staffed, but it's like they don't function as a team. Separately, I feel bad for these kids.

I've been to In N Out in California at 1 AM with a bunch of teenagers at work and it functioned like a well-oiled machine, versus what I saw on a Saturday night at this location.

I might order online delivery, but having to pick up my order was downright sad.
