Five Guys, Celebration FL

The staff was great, our order was made quickly, and the food was delicious. Can't ask for a better Five Guys experience.

Food was pretty decent, but I wouldn't eat at this one again being so close to Disney.everything was like 2 dollars more compared to the Five Guys I usually go to.

I love Five Guys wherever I travel, but I gotta say that the folks running THIS franchise went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were satisfied with our order. Truly great service!

The food was delicioussss! We ordered online and our food was still not ready by the time we got there but the restaurant was busy. Shakes are very good and go perfect with the food. Employees were nice and attentive.

Five guys overall is a fair burger place. It's overpriced! Overall this is a good one. Clean building, and kind employees!

I made a curbside order that was supposed to be ready by 8: 32pm. I arrived at the restaurant and called to notify at 8: 46pm. I was told my order was not ready and it would be brought right out as soon as it was. Still nothing 20 minutes later, so I called back and was placed on hold. Then I watched the male employee through the window put the phone down and move on. He never came back to the phone. I decided to walk inside and waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Once I was acknowledged, I asked to speak with a Manager. A woman named Wawa was asked to speak with me. I explained the situation, and she didn’t not offer the slightest apology or concern for the extended delay. She also stated she was unable to process a refund since the order was made on 5 Guys website. Your employees, especially Wawa as a leader can benefit from service recovery training—some customers would not be so kind to leave the store without an apology and their $15.57 refund.

Let me start by saying that the price is higher than other chain burger restaurants but it has things that makes it worth it. I love the fact that I can keep my KETO diet eating a cheese burger wrapped in lettuce! They way they wrapt the burger in lettuce inside the wrapper makes it very comfortable to eat and tasty while maintaining my ketosis l! If you are on a keto diet this is another great must! Check out also the pei wei just a few restaurants away! Enjoy

The food is freshly served. It was clean. They offer peanuts while you wait. They have the Coca Cola Freestyle machines for beverage selection. The large fry was enough for 4 people with each person getting a good portion of fries. The reason for not 5 stars is the price. Expensive for burger and fries. The Bacon cheeseburger was $9.89 (just a burger only) then add order of fries and a drink it comes out to nearly $17! Be forewarned about the price other than that overall good experience.

Amazing service and food! Stopped by here on my vacation a few years ago and I've never had such good burgers and fries in my life!

My first time here. It was good but talking with other people I had high expectations and the burger was ok fries were ok the shake was the best part.

Great service here. We arrived in the area after a long day of driving, getting ready for a tournament, and checking into a hotel. This was the only place nearby open after 10 PM on a Friday, so it was packed. The staff did a good job of getting the orders up quickly while simultaneously keeping the place clean. The bonus was a covered patio outside to ea and relax on.

Cold food and not that busy. Very greasy and needs good cleaning. Clothing stuck to chairs. My fathers cane would slip on floor when placed for walking support.
I've been in dozens of 5 guys and this one was a lot below standards as to what I'm expecting.

I plain love burgers. Don't mind the dull design, the lack of ambiance and music. It is all about the perfect burger and five guys just nailed it. Me and my family traveled from Latin America to have it. I tried it for the first time in 2007 and 13 years later it is still simply the best burger in America.

Five Guys the best cheese hot dog the best cheeseburger most important is the potatos and place very Clean where you can eat outside or inside good tables and soda is refill a good park your car wheelchair accessible. I recommend to all.
