Five Guys, Fort Myers FL

This Five Guys is amazing. They remodeled it a few years ago and it's got this nice new fresh look to it. They also got a milkshake machine and I got to say their milkshakes are top notch

Ordered for over 100$. Order arrived incomplete. Driver never called back. Shop did not answer phone. Very disappointing!

Service is extremely disorganized when it wasn't busy. Watched the 2 people come in after me get their food before me. We all ordered the same things. I saw my food bag sitting for 5 minutes waiting for an employee to do something with it. Finally the person making the sandwiches came over and did the job of the guy filling fries. Not sure what their issue is but this should've been an easy no brainer. Even the manager was walking around touting their times of getting orders out quickly. Sorry but big fail. I get the food home, and the burger was made incorrectly and was lukewarm, and the 3/4 full cup of fries were soggy and lukewarm. Very disappointing. That was a $12 joke.

My most recent visit here was much better than my last. Order was ready to go upon my arrival and both cheeseburgers were made to perfection.

I just stopped by to eat a couple of handfuls of peanuts big double cheeseburgers caught my eye spoiled very good. This is a great restaurant to top off your tank with some scrumptious burgers. But me, I usually only stop by for the peanuts.

Truly top quality hamburger and generous portion of fries that were delicious as well. Yum. This was my first visit. I'll be back for sure.

Had the double cheese burger with bacon and some fries. I then spent the rest of the day and night throwing up till about 2am that night. Then I spent the next day with stomach cramps and the runs. Would never eat there again. And the fact that they have children running the place might explain why I got food poisoning after eating there.

Pull up at 9: 40, lights are off and the outside lights are shining on the message that says “OPEN 7 DAYS 11am-10pm” disappointing

Bland burger! No taste except for the onions on it. Ordered a medium fry and got about 25 in a small cup. I watched the guy POUR fries into the "to go bag" of the person before me. Would have been nice if everyone got the right amount of what we ordered!

Showed up an hours before closing all lights where on and 4 employees inside just standing around with the doors locked and Two open signs on as well.

Very good burger, fries, milkshake and service. But $40 for two people to eat fast food burgers? Can go to Fords for the same price and have the sit down restaurant experience downtown. That's my biggest issue with five guys. Price point should be much lower for what you get vs the alternative.

Still love these burgers more then the "gourmet" burger places. Fries are also excellent and they always give you plenty!

The fries and strawberry milkshake were great, but the little hamburger was tasteless. The meat was not savory. I was really disappointed.

Super friendly and efficient. Things ran smoothly form the friendly person at the register to the person who made my milk shake to the person who made my burger and loaded up my bag with fries.the only thing I wish for from Five Guys (and the chain, not this particular store) is that they offered a choice of cheese. I would so much prefer mozzarella cheese on my burger!

Love hamburgers here, however, there was some area to improve, such as disinfection on tablets, service areas more often.

Very disappointed, when I order online and say I am on the way, then wait an extra 20 min bc they forgot to do my order after I had already walked up to the front and told them I was there. This seems to happen way to often. They need to work on it

Ordered on Uber Eats and got called saying they do not have BUNS! This is a BURGER joint. A BURGER is not a BURGER without buns. This is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE and was not offered a refund nor anything in exchange. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Why are they open and serving customers WITH NO BUNS! Please address ASAP!

These guys Really go above and beyond! I have been to quite a few 5 guys but after leaving from the hospital with my daughter who is stage 4 cancer having a big yummy milkshake for her and for me having my favorite little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, extra pickle, mayo, sauteed onions and mushrooms the best fries I could ask for bc we can reheat them when we get home and her belly has settled down.then you know you have the Best little cheeseburger in town! OH AND BY THE WAY. LITTLE IS JUST A PARAPHARSE FOR THESE 5 GUYS. ITS TRULY THE BIGGEST LITTLE CHEESEBURGER YOU CAN GET FOR YOUR MONEY! WE SURE DO MISS THE PEANUTS THAT THEY ALWAYS SERVED WITH IT. THATS THE WAY THE WORLD TURNS DURING COVID-19. WAIT THAT WAS IN 2019 CANT WE GET BACK TO SOME NORMAL? MAYBE PREPACK THEM UP FOR THOSE THAT TRULY MISS THE NUTS THAT WOULD BE AN AMAZING IDEA! ONCE SOME TIMES 2 TO 3X A WEEK WE COME INTO 5 GUYS SO MAYBE A CHEESEBURGER PUNCH CARD? FOR EVERY 10 CHEESEBURGERS YOU BUY YOU GET ONE FREE? JUST SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT! Great food, nice staff, a lot of fries. I don't know what can be said about this location that can't be said about any other five guys location.
