Five Guys, Palm Beach Gardens FL

Been coming here for 10+ years the inside of this particular location is getting more and more dirty including the bathrooms. Needs to be deep cleaned more often. Also, the fries were crispy and hot for years, now they are always soggy and warm. Would be 5 start if these things improved.

Called in an order was ridiculed when I arrived- paid $20 for a burger then literally waited for someone to cook while they cleaned. If I could take a video it would describe what poor management is during inflation times

It's a good burger. Sloppy and greasy. Known for their potatoes I guess. You would think the fries would be awesome in a place that has bags and boxes of potatoes. IMHO They are not good. Doesn't even matter how much Cajun powder they sprinkle on it.
I'd recommend everything else.

We ate with the family and had a wonderful time. Maya was AMAZING! Her energy puts you on such a good mood. She was super friendly and helpful and made ordering food easy! Go visit her and say hello

Greeted immideately when we walked in the door. Great personality and customer service from all staff. Maya managed to make all 6 of us smile. We will be back soon.

The food is good but over $16 for a small looking cheeseburger and a little fry I think that's a bit too much even with inflation

I used to absolutely love eating at this location, but something has really gone downhill here lately. Twice in the past 2 months, my order has been an absolute disaster. I am working with multiple food allergies, and five guys has an amazing allergen menu, so this is a place I have always considered “safe” to order takeout from. 2 weeks ago, they completely left my order out of the bag, but insisted my food was in there (the bag was sealed shut with a sticker). And just last night, I ordered something for my husband, then a bunless bacon burger with no cheese for myself - when I opened the container, my food was covered in melted cheese (funny enough they also forgot the bacon). With food allergies, I’m really selective about where I eat and I will definitely not make the mistake again of giving five guys another chance - they’ve left me hungry twice now.

Five Guys is pretty much always a good dining experience. You can't deny the food is good. But I can't help but think, after I've finished my meal, that I paid too much for what it was. The prices seem like they are higher every time I go. But honestly, they have very good hamburgers and the fries are always generous portions. 4.5/5

Don't order the BLT. Burnt bacon and I asked for onions which I never got. 13 dollars for this mess.

Not the best 5 guys i have ever had but still very good. Food was fresh and prompt. The pleace was clean and very friendly. Napkins were hidden as if people took a bunch.

This is the first five guys I ever went to I always get good service there and it is my preferred five guys within Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter

I’m a doordash driver of the area, and every time I get an order from this Five Guys location I waste lots of time waiting for the orders to be ready. Even when the store is not busy they take forever getting an order ready to go

I love their burgers, but the french fries are a bit to be desired.
They were not cooked fully, very soggy and way to salty. Stopped into this location ordered burgers and fries. But still great burger. Highly recommend them if your looking for a tasty burger.

Legacy Restaurant. Usually I don't do reviews but this time I want to make sure to leave one. I made an order on line but I don't know what happen with the order, however the manager took care of my lunch diligently. I appreciated for the service, also all the staff were concerned with my order. Thank you for the service.

Service was great. Burgers good. Last time fried were dripping with oil but usually very good.

Very good burgers and choices for toppings. Toppings no extra cost. They overfill the bag with fries. We ordered a small Cajun fry and they filled the cup and then dumped a lot of extra fries in on top.
