Five Guys, Sarasota FL

Weird experience. The ketchup was out (in the dispensers) ; I asked at the grill counter if I could get more, and the shift manager yelled at me, "What do you want? !? ". Then I was told I couldn't have more, and that's the way it was. The lady working the lobby did finally fill the dispensers again, but not before I was chastised for asking. I won't be back here for a while.

It's a fun place to eat and when you order French fries, holy buckets! You get a huge bucket filled with the French fries and they're great

We have eaten here, dozens of times, and had a relatively great experience. I had a business call so I sent my 10 year old son in, with the instructions of ordering himself a single cheese burger which he did, no problem. He ordered what comes on the burger plus mayo. The burger was a mess and the person behind the counter smushed it so hard when wrapping it that the bun tore. It was really a mess and almost impossible to eat by hand.
I was able to see all of this because I was parked directly in front of the building and I was surprised at the level of quality that my 10 year old cat because he tipped so I don’t exactly know what was going on here, but it was an absolute mess.

The food was good. Location was fairly clean but room for improvement. Lots of teenagers that were loud dining there. Killed the vibe.

Great place, amazing quality, and if you eat enough free peanuts if offsets the menu prices

Cashier, Yolanda, was very friendly, beautiful sincere smile, respectful and helpful. Other staff were quick to take care of our order. Food was great!

Extremely over priced and Burger wasn't anything to speak about!
Table and floors very dirty, asked employees standing around to clean me a table, was told yes I can clean table took her over 5 minutes to come out to do so. Then was rude when doing so.
WILL NOT GO BACK!

I eat here occasionally and I'm never disappointed with my burger. Always fresh, juicy, and loaded with the toppings I request.

I deliver for Uber Eats. This Five Guys is the worst! I have picked up from this one on Fruitville at least a dozen times. They don't even acknowledge your presence! They are completely unprofessional. The kids working there are not interested in customer service or doing a job well. I just watched the guy flipping burgers accidentally tear a patty into pieces. Instead of getting another patty, he just put the pieces on a bun and wrapped it up before it could fall apart. It seemed like everyone behind the counter was just there to socialize with each other instead of taking care of their customers.

Disappointed to see amount of fries reduced.employee taking orders needs more training.he was not very effective or professional.

Can't go wrong with five guys! The service is always efficient and the food is always delicious!

You can't beat the burgers and fries here, however we waited for 10 minutes (with no one in line) to place an order. Nobody stood out front cooking or at register, one associate texting on his phone in kitchen. Restaurants starting to look a bit dated

Horrible service. Raine was disrespectful to her employees and customers. Did not even receive food that was ordered. Will definitely be contacting hire up. I see this Raine girl has a few bad reviews… that should say something itself….

Apparently even when an order is incorrect and offered to have it fixed and taken care of that’s only available if the correct manager is there. Offered to wait a few minutes to catch up on orders but still refused.
Not worth coming back to give it another shot.
Night shift is highly unprofessional and rude will not even give out the acting managers name.

All of the food was made perfectly. Ingredients were all very fresh. Tomatoes were so juicy. Love their Cajun fries. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly.
