I got only but headaches and problems buying a car from this place. If you are thinking of buying a car here, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. Service is horrible, rude people, anyways, just find somewhere else, this place is not good

That dealer cheats you, they tell you that they fix a car problem and they don't, they sell cars with hidden problems, very bad experience, I would never buy another car there

I went around to many places looking for a used car and ended up finding several cars within my budget at Fl Auto Trend. Gabriel was first to greet us and was very transparent and all cars were clean so I didn’t have to worry about anything shady. Drive home happy customer highly recommend stopping by to see Gabriel

Attention ️ For those who want to buy a car, DO NOT MISS BUYING IN THIS DEALER. They are scammers, liars, they cheat with the value of the car, they tell you a price and in the end it is much higher, they lie with the guarantee that is not real than what they offer you, they tell you that the car is in perfect condition and is lie, when you complain to them to take over with the mechanical problems they tell you that they will not do it and they treat you very badly, they are extremely rude, my husband recently bought a car and it has been the most bitter experience of our lives. Do not be fooled gentlemen. Please don't buy your car at this hell of a place called Dealer.

Don't go there I got screwed over big time, he told me the price was 10000 and I got charged almost 12000

They were very friendly which was nice. But there were quite a few issues with the car that I wish I would have seen b4 buying. I was told it has good tires but they weren't actually cuz it needs an alignment with threads showing on the inside of the tire. Went to do alignment and my back struts were worn out. Check engine light just came on but that could be something that they didn't know about. But I did have to buy 4 new tires the front brake pads and the backs struts which comes up to a boat load of money I wasn't planning on.

Loved the service at this dealership. Purchased a BMW 328i from here, and probably one of the most proud purchases i've made up today. Salespeople are super friendly, and quick. They made sure to take care of all my needs. Will definitely be back to purchase vehicles in the future. 5 Star Rating

Very unsatisfied customer. After working with Gabriel to understand why his mechanic could not come to my home the first day, Gabriel is now refusing to answer my calls. It would a total of 4 times I’ve been able to drive to car I purchased two weeks ago, as his crew initially changed the battery, and the car continues to stop. I waited home 3 days, and the mechanic has yet to come. Very disturbing, as this kind of behavior is unprofessional and warrants concern of Gabriel’s integrity and work ethic. Please come and fix my car!

Purchased my Infinity from them. Great service. Excellent car. They assisted me with getting a loan and were able to approve me in 20min.

The worst experience I have ever had. I bought a car last December and already spent close to $1,000 in repairs. The worst is that the damages are beyond any repair. I do not recommend this company.

Really? I WAS a repeat customer. I called many times after waiting on an email reply that was supposed to come. I had cash in hand for a car they were advertising. I spoke with Gabriel several times. Each time explaining my interest in one of their cars. Each time he said he would call me right back. Never did. Poor way to sell cars guys. Wont use them ever again.

Beware. While going over paper work the salesman showed me the car fax for another car stating it had no accidents. When i actually looked at the paperwork closely it was for a completely different bmw they had on the lot and the one i was there to buy actually had multiple accidents. After pointing this out the salesman apologized and said he would give a discount. I hesitantly bought the car and proceeded to take it home. The car was constantly in the shop ever since i got it and lasted under a year before I had to replace it.

Worst place ever never come here. They raised the price after I bought it tried to make me pay twice for a tag. And promised to fix a bunch of stuff then said they never said that so I got a van with bold tires a broken DVD player and CD player and paired over 7000. Stay away they are scammers.
